The only thing that makes us sad is no longer needing a unit anymore. Greg the manager was always kind and professional, with great communication. I think Greg really makes the difference here compared to other potential locations...well, certainly enough for me to leave a review! We would highly recommend this location!

AARON DThe fact that I had to drive the truck about 20 miles to drop it off to the original pick up location is absolutely ridiculous. There was a Uhaul location RIGHT NEXT to my destination. That cost me more than $25 in miles and gas. Plus 20 minutes of driving time. This is unacceptable and it's probably the worst experience I've had with U-Haul.

WILLIAM Mour original pickup location was Governors Dr in Huntsville,AL. we reserved a 20' truck and an appliance dolly. i was advised by a former customer to double check that a dolly was available on my pick up day. they were told there was not one for them. so , i went to the location 18 hours before my scheduled pick up, to ask face to face about my dolly reservation. i was told i did not even have a truck reservation at that location. they didn't even look at my email confirmation. my pick up had been changed, although i was not informed. i went to Brownsboro to confirm yet again. Greg, facility manager there, told me there was not even a guarantee that the truck i was supposed to pick up would even be there the next morning. and in fact it was never returned. in the meantime we made a separate reservation over the phone for another truck and dolly, with assurance it would be at said location the next morning. low and behold, no reservation was found for us at that location , we were sent to University Place to pick it up ,and yet again there was not truck for us. in the meantime again, Greg at Brownsboro was holding a 15' truck that we were finally able to secure, 6 hours late. Don't think UHaul will by first choice again

Ernest G | Expérience généraleWhile the location I ended up using was excellent, my overall U-haul experience was among the worst of any I've had in many years. Supposedly because of an equipment issue (as per U-haul scheduler) my pickup location was changed the night before my move adding miles and effort. When I arrived at the new pickup location, the office was locked and the assigned truck had a keyed lock. I called a scheduler who was helpful and ended up sending me to my originally requested pickup location.
