Take ownership of the equipment and service. Even though it is not a U-Haul store it should embrace the brand when providing services. Trucks were i bad shape, therefore I got a flat tire in our way.

To be perfectly honest, nothing. I called David at A1 Secure Storage a couple of times before reserving my auto transport trailer and he took his time and thoroughly answered all my question. And believe me, I asked quite a few questions. He explained everything perfectly, and in detail. And, was a pleasure to deal with in person. David made sure everything was hooked up perfectly, checked brakes and lights and everything and it was a peasant, trouble free experience and trip. Also, David was jolly on the spot when I returned..... He was just as helpful at the end of the trip as he was at the beginning. My first stop for drop off (6020 Hwy 431 S, Brownsboro, AL 3574) would not allow me to drop the truck and dolly off and sent me to A!. A1 was very courteous and made for a quick return.

I received a phone call from the Storage Unit telling me I was going to have to pay a cleaning fee because of spilled paint in the truck. It was more than obvious that the paint was hard as a rock and I couldn't have spilled paint and it dry within 1.5 days. It looked like yellow paint from the highway. I explained the scenario with him in which he didn't seem to want give in. If anything I should be the one receiving money. I understand he didn't want to scrape the rock hard paint out but I didn't make the mess. Never rent without inspecting a vehicle. Thinking everyone is honest is not the way to think. Cost me with gas $1.48/mile to rent which included the truck rental.
