Rachel was incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to help me out and I couldn't be more grateful! Great place to rent from
Evan PThe agent (Kim Jones) was exceptionally rude. I have a feeding tube and could not walk down the hill to retrieve the truck. She then commented that I probably shouldn't be driving. I should not have to explain a medical condition in order to be treated with dignity and respect. When I told her this was unlike any experience I'd had with U-Haul she said "I don't care, I don't work for U-Haul!" If I were to offer advice it would be that even contractors be trained to treat your customers with dignity and respect as a minimum. Thank God for the maintenance gentleman who willingly went down the hill to retrieve the truck.
Teesha MI made my reservation on the App, even contacted them later to adjust the return time with no problems. Very easy process, everything was ready, clean and in new, great condition. Check out after hours was easy through the app. I did have issues getting the app to locate me at the address where I was returning it, most likely a cel service issue. Thank you UHaul and the staff at AA Northland Stor. I will definitely use again.

Jon CWe used the self checkout when the location was closed. It stated to drop the keys in the Dropbox yet there was no Dropbox to be found anywhere. There was even a sign on the door stating to leave the keys where the app stated and again, there was no specific information about where to find it, though we looked everywhere. I called uhaul customer service and though they were very kind and helpful, there was really nothing they could do so now we have to hold onto the key until they are open again on Monday.

KYLE BWhen I walked in to the office to check out the truck… the first thing the lady asked me at the desk was “Well what do you need from us?” … her attitude was totally inappropriate and she began asking my adolescent son several questions about why was he so quiet and where was he from as if she were looking for something… this whole encounter was very strange and I will be sure to avoid this location at all costs.

Barry CIt is not the fault of the shop owners, but the 15' box truck I rented broke down TWICE and I never even made it up to my storage unit to retrieve the items I rented the truck for. Very disappointed I was charged $65 to waste my whole day and almost crash on the highway at 70mph when all the dashboard stopped working and the vehicle stopped accelerating. Mechanic "fixed" it, when I returned to move it again, I didn't even make it 1 more exit on the highway before it began lurching and not responding to the accelerator.

Ron BUHAUL has the worst pick up system in place. To start with a person has to have a cell phone with a chrome browser; everything has already been verified and still you have to be taking pics etc. It is a pain to deal with UHAUL when it comes to pick up a truck
Carlos GOnline checkin wasn't working but the on-site rep was great and took good care of me. Some requested equipment wasn't available for my rental, but otherwise no issues.

Ryan CI was charged for safe travel. I was in insurance for 20 yrs would have declined if asked, I wasn't. When I called the lady I always ask. I told her you did not with me. I called and held for 15 mins when it said wait time 5 mins. Started 2 chats no response. I would love to talk to someone.

LANCE EWhen we showed up for the rental they didn't have the appliance dolly or the pads that we paid for and still charged us. And didn't even know where the keys for the truck were and took forever to get them.

STEPHANIE GGot emailed to go to the wrong location to pick up U-Haul. Had to drive further away to get it and was then charged for the extra mileage.

I did you the utility dolly and since it was just the weekend will wait this week for this matter to be resolved. I was not able to edit it when I had to sign the bill. I did send email to the company to get this resolved and if its done within the week will be pleased. Merci

Jo JTruck had 67 000 miles. Halfway to Madison, WI from KC Mo., every time we slowed down and the engine tried to drop to a lower gear, with or without using the brakes to assist, the transmission started slipping and the truck tried to go into neutral gear. Very, very loud and scary. Also the suspension was shot so it was an extra bumpy ride. The truck was filled with moving items, but only two pieces of furniture so not over heavy. Also, we were not towing anything.
Louise TI was extremely frustrated with this location. My pick up time was 7:30. Through the process of retrieving my keys it was next to impossible to figure out on my own what was going on. Once I was able to retrieve my keys the U-Haul attendant put the WRONG keys in the box. I was unable to start my Uhual. My pick up time was at 7:30 and I didn't leave the lot until 8:30. Loosing almost an HOUR of moving time. The uhual attendant did not apologize for the mix up and was next to NO help. I had zero idea that I need to return my uhual through checkout via the app. It would be helpful if there was a step by step of what is expected. I will NOT be renting from this location again.

Michael WYou shouldn't deny renting to a customer when the customer uses a 2nd contact and you have an issue with the 2nd contact. The original customer had nothing to due with what went on between uhaul and the 2nd contact. I had to switch to a deferent 2nd contact to be able to rent.

Brandon JThe app did not work properly after multiple tries and so the customer service representative helped us and the system "crashed". So then I didn't get the money taken from my account properly
Madline CPerson was extremely rude and unhelpful. I brought a empty trailer back with me expecting to be compensated $50. I get to the drop off location and they say they can't take the trailer. Uhaul get your shit together, you're so unorganized and lack communication. Won't be using any uhaul services from now on.

Megan Huhaul was very small space, also was charged two rental fees I feel like for the amount of miles used my bill shouldn't have been as high as it was.
Keegan NHave at least 2 attending office. There was nobody there. I finally saw a sign on the door to call a #. Attendant was at bank. The lady I spoke with on phone was plesant. She said personell was banking... I saw a drop box & asked to leave them there. Good enough...
joanne nTotal time in reserving truck 45 min, two different order reservations with amounts of 151,02 and 196. On pick up day return time completely different than requested and 499,08 price. Called customer service who said 499,08 was correct. This is a HUGE discrepency to try to resolve on moving day.
James MImprove your online truck return process. Spent over an hour sitting in the lot trying to get my location to share to no luck. All because I dropped off when closed. I don't mind doing this process on my phone but it has to work!
Kyle MThis location was the nearest UHaul location that is staff and had equipment to our house. All others in our area are only a phone number, no staff.
