Our truck wasn't ready even though we reserved it online with a week in advance.
Cesar SWe chose the in person check in option because the app is painful and slow. We LOVED our check in lady. She was kind, responsive, respectful, and prompt with checking us in. I wish we would’ve gotten her name. We’ve been to the Northland location three times in the past month, and the equipment is always ready to go, and the front office lady is delightful. Thank you so much Northland Store All!
TAYLOR GWhen we went to pick up the van the woman was very brusque and threatened that "she almost cancelled this." We had reserved the van for a week so there was no need for that. Otherwise the van was in great shape. The return experience was much nicer.
