Rosie was the only good part of this experience. Checkout was a breeze. Returning said truck was a disaster. Extra fees, complete disregard for assistance from office staff Jackie, they are "not a uhaul partner" as Jackie states which is ridiculous. How do you rent uhauls and aren't a partner? Get this together before this location loses it partnership.

MELISSA WRosie and the crew are very polite and keep the facility clean. There was evidence everywhere that upkeep has been done. I rented second floor climate controlled and was pleasantly surprised to find a service elevator that will hold 2 flat bed carts that they also have on sight. Would highly recommend.
