Attitude of the representative.

Poor customer service I scheduled my pick up at 10:30am, when I got the the store had not been opened. I had to call the emergency number in order for them to get someone to open the location that i was at. That room another 30mins, and the person they sent couldn't even get into the system. Mind you my scheduled pick up time was 10:30, i didn't get the truck until noon.

This is my 2nd review concerning your Campostella(Wilson Rd) location. During my transition from city to city I've had the pleasure of working with the manager of this location on two different occasions. Her attention to excellent customer service is what brought me back to this location for service, she was very accommodating. I will gladly refer my friends to this location for all their moving assistance. Thank you so much...Ms. G. 7/24

I had the absolute privilege of working with Manager Brittany Ford at the Campostella location for an extended vehicle rental in preperation for a move from one city to another city. Brittany was extremely accommodating in explaining my options. I really appreciate great customer service & her pleasant demeanor made the process much easier. Thank you, Ms. G

the lady had her kids there. even though I told her I did everything online she made me do it all over. the check engine light came on and the truck would only go 55 unless going down hill. what was supposed to be a 6hrs trip took almost 8hrs because when the speed limit was anything over 55 we could only go 55. the truck almost shut down.

The agent at the desk was friendly and courteous. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The van was clean and ready to go.

My truck floor was dirty. The agent was pleasant and helpful.

Rented 15" truck, cab was dirty with trash, console was sticky with cigarette smoke and dirt all over it. Ignition was missing shroud and almost couldn't turn key to start. Gas was a quarter tank below what was stated on the rental doc. Crappy truck, will not rent again from this location.

THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN DOOR AND VERY PUNCTUAL WITH HER WORDS TO THE POINT MY DAUGHTER SAID SOMETHING TO HER. I have used U-Haul previously, but i will Not return to Campostella . Just cold, and unwilling to help, very nasty and did not explain anything without hostility, until i repeatedly, ask I'm to do what? do what? I REALLY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING SHE WAS SAYING WITH THE MASK SHE HAD ON.

This location charged $50:00 to my card for cleaning when no trash was left on the truck. There was an old blanket on the truck when the truck was picked up. The blanket was not used, so why was my card charged $50? The $50 should be refunded and the mileage was also inflated. This business should be avoided.

Everything was Perfect. the associate that help me made everything ok, he was nice, patient, helpful, respectful, and very professional. Keep him around he needs lots of kudos plus a raise. 

The whole process was frustrating. I reserved a truck and tow dolly two weeks prior from a location (not this one) down the street from my house. The day before I was supposed to pick it up I was contacted and told that my order was split and to be picked up from two separate locations. Not a huge deal each location 10 minutes from my house in either direction. The location with the truck called me shortly after that to confirm and told me rather than my 8 AM pickup time I would have to pick it up at noon and that they had a truck for me. Also not a huge deal. The following day when I arrived at noon to pick up the truck they didn't actually have one. The U-Haul representative spent the next hour and a half calling around to different locations to try and get me the truck I had reserved two weeks prior from a different location mind you. His assistance to find a new truck was great, but also shouldn't of been needed seeing as we had already confirmed they had a truck and that my pick up time was at noon. Finally after the hour and a half of waiting he found a truck at the location I'm writing a review for. So I drove across town to pick up the Uhaul truck at this location. Upon arriving and entering the Uhaul representative at this location was irritated that I had shown up when she was getting ready to leave to go eat lunch and became very rude throughout the pickup process. Thankfully finally getting my truck only to have to drive another 20 minutes the other direction to get my tow dolly at yet another location. The whole process was ridiculous between reserving the equipment weeks prior, followed by splitting my order, then confirming a truck only to have it not actually there, to driving all over the place to get the equipment, and dealing with rude customer service/ Uhaul representatives.

My reservation pick up location got moved last minute. When I got to the location the doors were locked to the building. Once we finally were assisted I pretty much had to make my reservation all over again. There was a $100 "hold" that was also not previously mentioned when booking. When I went to drop the truck off it was brought to our attention that the trunk we were given was linked to a different persons reservation?? Overall not a good experience .

I just noticed I was charged to the use of their dolly and I did not and furthermore. Someone called me to ask when was I planning to return the truck. I used it and returned it within 3 hours after I pulled it off the lot. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for the refund of my 7 dollars.

did not receive a call the night before that the trailer I reserved will not be available because the customer extended. Drove to three different Uhaul locations to finally get a truck took more than 3 hrs. Showed up to the campostella location and had to troubleshoot their issues with the system by calling the 1800 uhaul number.

The parking lot was a complete mess. It was not clear where we were to leave the truck. The sign on the door said they were open, but the door was locked. A lady finally came to the door and pointed where to park it. She said to just leave the key in the drop box and I didn't need to do anything else. But then I got an email about dropping off the truck and there was checkout things I was supposed to do. So I then spent 25 minutes on the phone with uHaul to get that taken care of

Upon pick up, I was told to verify mileage in which I did. When I reach my destination there was a lock key on the back of truck, I was told by a person who runs the storage to find a uhaul store and get lock removed at my cost and milage.

Van seems faulty for as really didn't want to accelerate, driver mirror kept coming down so it was hard to switch lanes and it was dirty and pricy. A discount would be great because we did report this

The cargo area had not been swept: there was cereal, candy wrappers,and what appeared to be sand.There was no doilly to move the furniture,blankets,etc. The was debris behind the driver's seat(card board box,crayons,ink pen,a man's cap) .Tried to get the young lady to come out and see but she said that she did not work for uhaul and they would notify me if the was a problem. I mostly concerned myself with the damage that was present so I would not be blamed or charged. Took pictures.Hopefully I have covered everything and thereby covered myself.

The Uhaul agent informed me that a hold would be placed on my charge catd for a 2day rental. I informed him that I only needed the truck for one day. He replied that the drop-off location would process the charge based on the number of days that I rented it. That was not the case. The pick up location in fact charged me for two days rental which I was not aware of until I dropped the truck off the next day at the drop-off site. I filed a complaint with Uhaul and it was referred to the drop-off site regional manager. The Uhaul drop off site regional complaint department manager informed me that the charge for 2 days would remain because that is the number of days that the pick up locale put in my contract rental. The drop off regional supervisor stated that although I had been misinformed by the pick up agent, Uhaul would still charge me for 2-days instead of the 1-day that I actually rented the truck and that I had no other recourse.

The so called manager was very unprofessional. She had customers waiting outside while she took her time to clean out the moving trucks! I called the location several times and she nonchalantly came to the office after about 5 mintues. This location is a joke and very unorganized. Hire more help and get rid of the jail glass. Lastly if your workers smoke maybe they should not smoke as much because she smelled like a tobacco shop.

The dolly that I was charged for had a flat wheel so I could not use it. The furniture pads that I was charged for was not put in the truck. I would like a refund for those items and discount due to the inconvenience.

Truck 30 minutes late due to overbooking. Pickup time was 12:30pm Sat. Truck not available until 1:10pm. Moving furniture got caught in the rain due to late start. Request a CREDIT back on my card for inconvenience Please advise

Make sure the key entry is working properly. I had to come back and forth to try to get access to my unit and I was late for work because of the inconvenience and you still charged me the full price

We were Charged for 2 days, even though our truck was back by the time we said it would be. We rented at 12pm and returned the truck later that night like we told the lady. She told us they would be closed at 4 so when we were to return the truck at 7 to drop the keys into the door, and we did such.

They lady who helped me was more than helpful.. she made sure everything was good An did it with question.. I even asked her to step inside the trUck to get an idea of the height..! I would recommend this location to anyone.! I swear she went above and beyond.. I felt like a valued customer..I wish I remembered her name she was tall 6ft female light skin with her hair in a pony tail..!! I almost offered her a job if my job was hiring we would love to have someone who is people friendly An make sure u feel valued..!

Facility was so small they did not have room for additional rentals to be dropped off. Worker was extremely helpful especially when error detailed above was discovered.

The cashier informed me that there was no more dollys to use because they were all stolen out of the trucks. Also there were no cloths to cover my glass n truck.this prolonged my moving experience.

Don't try and have customers sign paperwork before they check out mileage and condition of truck rented! No doll's available at sight, even when reservation papers had noted a dolly was needed. Insurance rate given appeared to be higher than the other uhaul 3 trucks I rented this year!?
