The person in the office gave me wrong information and when I brought up concerns about the quality and safety of the van. They had no resolutions and told me just drive it and not let the issue hold me up. The door ajar light would not go off. I took pictures of the light being on.

I appreciate the location, customer service at the site, and the ease of it all.
NICOLE CThe lady who rented me the truck in my opinion her customer service was terrible. When we got there she came outside and said she was going to do a bank drop on her lunch break she'll be right back. She also said I don't go anywhere for my lunch break. So we waited 1 because we live t9 far to come back and 2 she said she's just going down the street for a quick bank run. So we waited 1 hour and 5 minutes. The lady knew we was waiting so she parked her car at the opposite end of the building behind a van and snuck end and she knew we was waiting to rent a truck she didn't come outside to say hey I'm back or nothing. Very unprofessional seems like she didn't know what she was doing. Please send her back to training.
ROSHON EMs. Amber really made the experience easy. She supported me quickly even with phone calls ringing in constantly and people coming in the office to handle inquiries to payments. -She still provided me with amazing service.
NICOLE CAwful! They lied and charged me a fuel surcharge even though the truck was left with the correct amount of fuel and the customer service was terrible. No help whatsoever, it shouldn’t be that difficult to check in a truck and trailer.
