ABRAHAM TI have rented UHAUL many times and this one was a disaster. When I contacted UHAUL customer service, they were absolutely perfect. They rectified the issue with no hassle. Because of their excellent customer service is the reason why I will continue to use UHAUL and recommend them.

james fFor the amount of money the customer pays for the vehicles they should be a bit modernized no automatic windows , Bluetooth , very standard type vehicle , at least my rental was . Also if you bring the vehicle back 3 to 4 hrs earlier than the original time , you should be discounted . With that said the vehicle did its job & had no issues on the road & the heat worked well on a very cold day .

JOHNNY FI would never ever use uhaul again. I specifically requested a one way truck U-Haul representative confirm with me. Moving day I was told it needs to be return to same location I was on the phone with U-Haul for 1 hour trying to fix it just to be told they can't help. I drove 2 hours to pick up this truck 2 hours to my destination and another 2 hour to return this truck to the same location. U-Haul is a scam company that did this to me so they can make more money off me. Not to mention when I booked this truck the price change and the milage fee double when I picked up this truck modern day robbery I will make sure no one I know ever use U-Haul. Penske and enterprise will now have my business.

Amanda GMake your pain-in-the-rear app easier to use for checking-in, and more user friendly. I hate it and refuse to ever use it in the future unless it's vastly improved. I used the call-back feature and it still took about twenty minutes even with customer service help.

Erik JThe truck did not include the blankets that were ordered with it and since it was picked up after hours we would have had to delay our departure to wait for them to open and give us. This ended up causing great inconvenience and aggravation as we had to find blankets needed for the move.

JOSESELBIN RThere were empty beer cans behind the driver's seat! Thankfully I wasn't pulled over by the police. When I pointed this out to the people at A&B, they couldn't care less, and even told me to recycle the cans for 5 cent. Pretty funny, but pathetically unprofessional. And cigarette ash in the cup holder. The back of the van was clean, and it drove perfectly.
