We drove 9 miles and they charged me $4.25 for gas. How could I possible use 1 gallon of gas in the less than 1 hour we used the vehicle. I think the “kid†must have misread the gauge incorrectly when we pulled out of the station.

The condition of the truck was so dirty that it stained someone pants. I have pictures. There is a greasy spot that we are not sure will come out.

The truck was missing a damage sticker, glad I asked to check. The cab also had garbage in it. Pick up process was quick and easy. The personnel didn't want to give the extra mileage that U-Haul said they'd give despite the email I had as proof, but I finally convinced them to adjust the mileage.

I told the employee Jeff that I wasn’t sure how long I would need the u haul. He then called me and said I needed to bring it back. I stated that I couldn’t. He then charged me $100 extra. The truck passenger door and driver door does not close properly. I did not feel safe driving like that. Also charged $25 extra for not folding blankets. I understand that is policy, but nobody reviewed it with me. Manager would not adjust price. Would not recommend based on customer service.
