RITA SEasy process. Very nice, professional staff!
Darrell FPick up was easy. Drop off took a lot of time, dealing with all those photos. To many unnecessary taxes! Safe move, safe trip and environmental fee’s?! Like come on. I paid for insurance and live down the street! Only to make sure I was protected. But having to pay almost $70 for a $20 rental is STEEP!!!! I left the storage unit bc it was pricey. We already living in tough times, don’t make it harder on ppl who don’t already have it.
Kia VMake it so that people don't have to drive ridiculous distances to pick up their trailers. A&B is off of the Palisades Parkway on which commercial traffic is not allowed. We had to drive 45 minutes (total) out of our way to get the trailer. You should have a way for people to request the trailer be moved closer.
