Jaylen FranklinThe sweet, frustrated lady was thrown into this location without proper training. We got there shortly after it opened but took over an hour to get our truck. The lady in front of us neared the brunt of the frustration trying to get her moving truck. Took her an hour and a half. Once she was gone, our experience was much better than hers because the lady at the U-Haul desk had learned a lot during the experience with the First Lady. Very frustrating for us all.

Charles ConnerI am very displeased with management. My email address is being used for someone else rentals. I have asked management to please make sure that they change their email address. He said that they could not and it is not a requirement for them to have the correct email address on the rental account. I am the person that the emails are coming to. So I'm very displeased with this company and with the U-haul management at the location at cedar ridge in Lancaster, Texas.
Craig MorganI requested a time change for pick up of my truck and called the location, the person who answered did not enter the time change which delayed me accessing the truck for about 45 minutes. It would be great if the app had an edit feature for time pick up or no time at all and your time just starts when you pick up the truck.

Brenda RobertsonI was charged for not fueling the truck back to a quarter of a tank I have a rcpt showing I did. And then I was charged for a furniture mover wich I had forgotten to pick up,per the office lady I called uhaul and advised them if this decided we did not need this after all. Trucks were filthy on the inside. Also I have a witness that saw me fueling the truck right before we return the truck.i don't think it is fair when they would not do a walk around while I was standing there . Then I did return the truck the gentleman that I guess cleans the truck was kinda snobbish. Asking really rudely if I swept the truck out...I will never be back at this location again.
David DillsService was great! The front desk team was awesome, really quick in and out and on the road. Truck had a large slash in the back I wish it was noted somewhere so that I wouldn't be concerned if I did it or not. Luckily I saw it before we loaded things up and I called to confirm they knew about it already which they told me they did.

Mary WilkersonI was overcharged for gas, when I returned the truck with over the amount that was in there before. I sent an email with time stamps of the gas gauge before I drove off the property as well as returning it to the property and Mrs. Audrey stated it wasn't above the line. No disrespect but the pictures are proof. I'm not sure if she looked at the correct gauges but this need to be fixed. There's no way this should be a debate when I have proof…
Erica RoseI reserved an appliance dolly that was not in the rental and I was still charged. Also there wasn't a ramp in the truck which made unloading the washer and dryer very difficult.
Angela PoeBe sure to charge the customer the correct amount. I received an email saying a balance was due after I turned the truck in. I called to make the payment and found out I was charged twice for a rental. They charged my card twice for the rental. I left some leaves in the back and was charged $25 for a cleaning fee. That's a ridiculous amount for leaves.

Joseph RussellThe gas level noted was incorrect, and I attempted to upload a photo of it onto the checkout app, but only got the spinning upload sign for the longest. So I pulled in and let the guy in the office come out to tell him. Upon my return, there was a charge $30 service charge and a $38 fuel charge on my rental for a quarter tank of gas. The upload never completed, and finally just locked me out. The guy thmrued to act like I didn't tell him. He even said, I wonder where the gas went to. The 50 miles to empty alert went off as I turned the corner to leave. So now I'm disputing this charge with uhaul. I will never go back to this location again.

Sonya CooksOwner asked me to NOT drop trailer at night and return next day. I asked when they open he said 9:00 I told him we would drop next day. At 9:20 called with attitude trailer wasn't back yet. Wasn't waiting for other customer to rent but was not nice about it. My wife retuned trailer by 10:15. She told him I didn't know trailer NEEDED back at 9:00 he told my wife "I'm a liar" I asked when they opened not what time it needed returned. We did a favor by keeping over night to insure trailer wasn't stolen and this is how we were treated?!?!
