I was misled about the return policy and was charged extra on my credit card, I’m for sure that I will not use the location again….🙁

This 3rd party company is not open for business during the hours posted on the door. At the close of this rental the agent did not document the actual time the truck was returned and did not want to acknowledge the error made. However this error caused a significant increase in the total cost of the rental. This comp;any could in the future become a liability threat to the U Haul organization as a result of their unethical business practices.
ELIZABETH GI do not like how Becky deliver messages through my email like she is the owner of u-haul. I feel older people or people has been renting your storages for a long time. People does forget things in their contact. Just give them a friendly reminder. As for Becky inspecting my unit 210 and 325 after departing making sure I ( Paulette Johnson) clean it out. But Becky did not put stipulations on how fility the floors are outside the storage unit. Also, I made reservation early for a 26 truck. So, Audrey, allowed someone else to us the truck after I had reserved it. She thought the individual was going to bring it back on time for me. The people needed more time. So Audrey dropped the bomb. I was given a 20 foot truck causing me to make a double trip to my storage. Yes, I had it for 24 hours, but the principle of it. That was wrong. I am nice but I am not dumb by a long shatk. Again, that Becky she ran me hot as hell!!! I did save Mr. Owner of Uhaul.
