ShaQuice BI ordered and paid for a Dolly that was not on the truck when picked it up. The place was closed. I called customer service and was told they would note this to ensure the coverage for the Dolly would be returned.
Angela DI would not recommend this location to anyone. I first came to pick up the truck. Michael said my gas is at 1/4 but in fact it was 16miles to empty and the mileage reader read 120,997. I told Michael the mileage is wrong and no gas was in the truck. I took a picture of the odometer. Micheal proceeded to meet me at the truck gave me 20 dollars and said make sure you bring it back at 16 miles but never fixed the paper work on the mileage. He kept asking if I had pictures and I said look at the truck yourself as this is not my job to make sure the truck mileage and gas is accurate. I dropped truck off the same day. I went back to the U-Haul asking if my mileage was adjusted. He stated I went over my miles. I drove the truck to my house and downtown Lancaster , back home and back to the U-Haul accumulating 13 miles but the paper work said different. He ask me to show proof of the mileage which I did and that’s when Michael proceeded to say call U-Haul and take it up with them. The conversation went down hill and I had to just walk out. This U-Haul location is scamming people. Michael is lazy and doesn’t make sure truck mileage and gas is accurate. I want my money back from the miles o did not use. I will never go back to this location.
