I feel I was ripped off I got charged for cleaning fee and there was no dirt or sloppiness in the bed. I was also charged for not checking in after hours but your location system on the app wasn't working so I could not check in---very disappointed since I rent 3-4x/year from u-haul and this is the first time I was ripped offPierre M.

The vehicles are always dirty, trash, dirt, dog hair, windows dirty, etc. Uhaul should have people cleaning the vehicles on a regular basis.Kenneth B.

They did not have the dolly we had reserved and the truck recommended by a Uhaul rep on the phone was not big enough. Now we have to rent another truck for this weekend to finish the move started last weekend. I have used uhaul numerous times and NEVER have I ever paid 116.36. I have gone to the SAME location for years. This time I chose to go to Ace hardware to pick up the truck bad choice. I got the uhaul and the truck died on me. I had to call emergency roadside assistance to come jump us. I ALSO ALWAYS sweep my trucks out and this time I went the extra mile and even cleaned the mud off the tires and turned the truck in early. My truck wasn't due back until 630pm it was returned at 4pm. And I was charged a cleaning fee of 25 and 1 just because? I'm soooo confused. And this time I moved closer than the other moves and I ALWAYS get a 20ft. I just know now never EVER EVER go there again.DESTINYCIARA M.

Provide a truck in good working order. The hazard lights didn't always work, the right side mirror kept drooping (making it dangerous to shift lanes to the right), and the air conditioning only worked for approximately 15 minutes.JAMESDAVID M.

Yes, once reservation has been made, ensure the reservation number of rental equipment is in the data system at the rental pickup location. This will eliminate waiting time to identify the individual information is keyed in at the location desired. The UHaul representatives were courteous and helpful at this location. I am reviewing my credit card charges and there are three (3) pending charges of 64,41 $. Why am I being charged that many times; 8/28 was pick up. The other dates were 8/29 which was Sunday when I returned van. There is also a pending charge today on 8/30 for 64,41 $. How you bill is my biggest problem!! If a customer request something with their rental to make sure it is there. I requested a dolly and the guy forgot to give it to me but assured me that I could come the next morning to get it and they did not have it the next morning. I happened to notice another location in route to where I was going and thank God that location was able to provide one to me.Nakia B.

This was a convenient location for pick up and drop off. They had my reserved trailer. The paperwork was taken care of and an employee hooked the trailer up to our vehicle and we were on our way. Drop off was quick and easy as well. These satellite locations are typically less busy and I have had good luck renting from them. I would recommend this location.CYNTHIADENISE B.

The car transport I was given for a cross country trip didn't have any brake fluid in it; therefore, if my brother didn't catch before I had left, it could've caused a lot of problems for me considering the brakes wouldn't be working. When making the reservation and asking some questions of the staff over the phone, the service was excellent. We had a similar positive experience when returning the trailer. However, when picking up the trailer, the staff member (I believe the name tag said Tim and Manager) was in a hurry and seemed distracted. After watching him work clicking quickly in silence I offered to provide the confirmation number. I thought it make it easier to look up my reservation. He replied with words to the effect: "You needed to be patient. I am clicking through some screens and I will have your information when it pops up on the screen". The rest of the interaction seemed designed to get rid of me as soon as possible. Other than that interaction, I enjoyed my experiences with other staff, particularly Zion, who was very helpful in addressing my questions and providing advice for my next rental.ROBERTRONALD C.

I was given a trailer with two bad tires. No one was even there with the trailer when I arrived. I just went into the store and was told which trailer to take. I spent 45 minutes in the store waiting for them to find me a truck and get transferred to the other store. I then had to drive to another location to pick the truck up.Robin S.
