It was a seamless experience.
Lawson B.When we arrived home and lifted the back of the truck to begin loading we discovered blankets and two wet disgusting mattresses left in the back. We have to remove them ourselves in order to begin loading please check trucks we shouldn't have had to touch those at all as well as remove them. We paid to use the truck to move our belongings not to remove someone else's and make more work for ourselves.
Alfonza D.Appliance dolly did not have the rubber tracks on the bottom back side that made it hard to go up and down stairs with appliances. Recommend installing those.
Francis M.Overall, it was a good experience. However, it was the Labor day weekend and the location seemed to be short of staff and I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get the truck, but I would certainly use them again.
