They charged us for an extra day when we told them our original contract stated we were supposed to have the truck 07/01-07/03. We returned 6pm 07/02.

THE VEHICLE WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED INSIDE. DUE TO A TIME CRUNCH I WAS UNABLE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT. BUT I HAVE HAD BETTER EXPERIENCES WITH UHAUL.

Parker B.Staff at Ace was excellent!! Zero complaints. The truck I rented however, needs to be put in a shop. I am used to driving old worn out vehicles so I had no issue really. People not used to driving a vehicle that badly needs an alignment could definitely be put in a serious situation! Hell, I even ended up in the wrong lane on a turn. I highly recommend placing this truck into maintenance immediately! And no, I don't want a free rental or anything like that. I am genuinely concerned for the next customer.

ANDREW W.The Uhaul pick up truck I rented was very dirty. Food crumbs everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been clean in awhile. It also smelled of cigarettes which just being in the cab for 5 minutes I started to get a headache. The tire pressure light was on the vehicle along with low washer fluid. I was very disappointed. These vehicles should be inspected regularly and they're not.

sean L.I'm being over charged for going 5 miles round trip and fuel usage that I paid money to refill to just UNDER half a tank...... Uhaul obviously needs to train their employees and Ace Hardware how to properly use the billing software. I am LIVID!!!!!

Ariann C.Make sure that you have all the accessories that you offer on hand for the customers. When I reserved my truck I was asked if I needed a dolly and I told them yes and was charged the fee for the dolly. However when I picked up the truck there was no dolly. When i told the store that no dolly was put on the truck their response was oh we dont have anymore dollies. We managed our move without it but it definitely made it much more difficult than it had to be.
Armando A.The 12x6 trailers do not feature a way to remove or install onto a hitch besides having to physically lift the front end. This makes it physically impossible to do when the trailer is completely loaded up. I recommend IHaul to incorporate something to assist in this matter.

I was also charged for not checking in after hours but your location system on the app wasn't working so I could not check in---very disappointed since I rent 3-4x/year from u-haul and this is the first time I was ripped off

CURTISLEE T.The vehicles are always dirty, trash, dirt, dog hair, windows dirty, etc. Uhaul should have people cleaning the vehicles on a regular basis.

Now we have to rent another truck for this weekend to finish the move started last weekend. Thank goodness our apartment lease doesn't expire until this weekend or we world have been screwed!
GERRYLAGRONE M.I have used uhaul numerous times and NEVER have I ever paid 116.36. I have gone to the SAME location for years. This time I chose to go to Ace hardware to pick up the truck bad choice. I got the uhaul and the truck died on me. I had to call emergency roadside assistance to come jump us. I ALSO ALWAYS sweep my trucks out and this time I went the extra mile and even cleaned the mud off the tires and turned the truck in early. My truck wasn't due back until 630pm it was returned at 4pm. And I was charged a cleaning fee of 25 and 1 just because? I'm soooo confused. And this time I moved closer than the other moves and I ALWAYS get a 20ft. I just know now never EVER EVER go there again.
