Thomas RThe personnel were not onsite when I dropped it off since it was a Sunday, which is no problem. The location is in a neighborhood that seems a little down on its luck and all of the equipment has to be backed into its parking spot which could be problematic for less experienced drivers.

Pedro SOMG. This was the best experience I have had at a uhaul center. John was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating! When my plans changed at the last minute he made sure I was accommodated. I highly highly recommend this location!
Regina HWhen a person reserves utility dolly and furniture pads online and you get there and the equipment changes from 15 foot to 20 foot, no utility dolly at any location in Indy, no furniture pads and only a half a tank of gas for a one-way rental. Change these issues.
Florence SThis was an unmanned location. No personnel on site, very poor signage, office located on the third floor of a ghetto building with an elevator that should be in service. After discovering no one was at the office I took the stairs down instead of the elevator. Tripped over a loose item in the stairs fell down and incurred a light injury (no big deal - just aggravating). Called the office to report the truck leaked and damaged items but never got a return call. Now I have second thoughts about using U-Haul again after this nonsense.

Lacey BConvenient location, and lots of trucks. The back of the truck was NOT clean at all. My biggest complaint is not about the location... It is about the app and website. That was an absolute nightmare.
Benjamin Jthis was not the truck I wanted, U-Haul claimed I had a 17 ft truck waiting for me to be picked up and it was not there so I had to settle for an oversized truck and spend way more on mileage and gas than I want.

tracey aJohn is the only one i like to deal with. He is so nice. If there is ever an issue he is nothing but understanding and tries to fix the problem. If all u haul customer service were like John it would be grate.
tracey aThe man in the office, John A, was completely unprofessional and rude. Got into a creaming and cussing battle with an employee of an office in the same building. They didn't care that my friend and I were waiting and listening to everything. He then proceeds to call his boss on speakerphone instead of dealing with us after he made us wait 45 minutes for him when he said he was just downstairs, come to find out he left and went to gas station. When I told him and the boss on the phone I didn't have time for this, I was moving from Indy to Illinois he was rude again. I told him I was calling corporate he says well I was going to give you 50 miles off but if you're going to call corporate and complain about me fuck you. If I didn't have to leave the state to be in Illinois today I would've canceled the truck. I have never been treated nor talked to like that ever. My corider Erin Williams was a witness and heard all of this and more. There is so much more to write Did I mention this was the 3rd uhaul place we went to today because you all switched my reservation from where I wanted to pick it up twice. I was two hours behind schedule dealing with this. I honestly doubt I will ever use uhaul again, especially in Indianapolis.

Gregory RAnother location didn't actually reserve my truck so I had to find a location with a truck the size I needed. I had a fantastic experience with this location and they made sure I had what I needed to get moved!

mike rThe place is tucked away and not lit at all at night. I filled the gas tank up to what looked like they 7/8 mark and they still charged my 20 for gas even after putting gas in the vehicle. I would not recommend this location to anyone
Azira FWe dropped it off after hours. The drop off key box was hard to find. They called the next morning to ask if I had the key? I put it inside the box.
MOHAMMED TIt was very hard to find and when I went to return the truck the office inside the building was hard to find and even though the door said they were open, the door was locked. There was a phone number on the door to call. I called but no answer. I ended up dropping the keys in the drop box and leaving hoping I wouldn't be charged any extra fees. It all worked out but it was stressful and time consuming in the moment.
Tara EI ordered 2 dollies and when opened the back of the truck there was only 1. Didn't help that as we needed 2. Took me more time to move everything. The rest was OK. The guy who received the unit was helpful and polite. Thanks
