Very hard to find at night. Better and lighted signage. No personnel on sight when I dropped off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe enjoy renting from this location. The rental process was seamless and the customer service was helpful.
Joshua WLynhurst refused me tental even though i had a history of rebtibg. Made me walk 8 miles to the next u hauk to get a rruck after i had a motorcyc4ke accident two days before. I shpuldve been compensated for the 5 days it took just to rebt a tryck after several of my reservatiobs was canceled
Justin TOffice was not open even though posted hours said they were. It was in a dilapidated building and there was no sign to say where the key drop was.
Kevin WArrived on site at 3:30 for a scheduled in person pick up. No one at location, accessed rental hold via app to get rental via lock box. Went to said lock box and the given code did not work. After almost an hour and a second rental I finally got a truck. Will not use U-Haul again I was under a time restraint for work and this added so much unnecessary stress to my day.
