The pick-up process was HORRIBLE. Sat in parking lot for over 30 minutes trying to get authorization to get the keys. They had to call multiple people just for them to say "OK" to the U-Haul associate, ridiculous. All of this should have been done during the reservation request not when I'm trying to actually move, causing me delays in the evening. Then the app would not let me view the pictures it wanted me to verify so I wasn't able to complete the initial condition of the truck section. So now I'm possibly liable for damage that was done before me. But again the process took so long i was forced to just move on without finishing it. Very frustrating experience and would not recommend to anyone.
