I arrived with a serious timing problem, not Affordable's fault. Amy was exceptionally focused on doing everything she could to fix that. She'd already contacted the guy returning "my" trailer because she figured out my concern on her own. SO when I arrived, she knew it was coming soon (because she'd made the effort to make that happen) and she processed the paperwork and went in search of pads (apparently in short supply) so they were ready to toss in when he got there. Turnover of the trailer took maybe 5 minutes and my day was saved. In a world where too many just toss out the fine print as an excuse, Amy just focused on solving the customer's (i.e. my) problem.

Truck sounded terrible. Front axle made lots of noise. Mobile app for check in was Average but.....Office said open at 8:00 am so I made rental for 8:30 am. Staff did not arrive until after 9:00 am... I had to call 800 support due to mobile app issues at checkin and return. Return app could not locate my phone and support could not fix it either so I had to just drop the key without mobile checking. Total time waited at the rental lot 1 hour.

My entire experience was very good. It was easy to rent a truck from Uhaul. The employee at the Leesburg Va. location was helpful and answered all of my questions. I received excellent assistance from a Uhaul customer service rep named Chris when I called to ask questions about my trip and use of the truck. Very pleased with my experience and will us Uhaul again in the future.

The truck was not clean and had not been wiped down between uses. The staff was not wearing masks and insisted I come inside. I felt totally unsafe when renting from this company and will never use Uhaul again. Your Covid procedures show a total lack of concern for your customers' safety.

I dropped my truck off on time but didn't end up submitting my return rental until many minutes later because the instructions for returning the rental were NOT CLEAR. It did not tell me to use the prompt from the text I received days earlier to do my Return My Rental Process. Therefore, since the location was closed when I dropped the truck off which I wasn't aware it was going to be closed, it took almost a half hour longer to figure out how to return the rental properly and to have it documented. I called the number that it said to on the instructions and it just went straight to voicemail. I would not recommend this location if it is not open.

This is a Terrible place with a terrible service. A) The old guy who was working that day arrived almost 20 min late B) when I asked for the document were we mark dents/scratches... he said to me “I dont have anymore” go like that. C) I took picture of several dents (with time stamp) and showed to him. The crazy old guy said to me: “thats normal, send the pictures by text message” D) After I returned the truck, the old guy charged me $350 for the dent. E) After I called his supervisor, the old guy started asking me for the pictures with a time stamp. Once I did it, GUESS WHAT HE SAID???? F) Your reservation was for 8:00am and the time stamp on the pictures is 8:30am. 30min is more than enough to do something to the truck. G) He was not expecting that I took a picture of the time he got to the store. Almost 20min late. H) BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!!!!. When I returned the truck (once inside the office), there were RATS on some of the U-Haul Boxes. I saw this box “moving alone”, when I get close to the box, I saw the Rats inside the Box. I will never rent from this Crazy Old Guy

Industrial area, unpaved parking lot, standing water puddles, lots of mud, very little lighting, poor signage to direct renters where to park vehicles. I hate this location, and would use any other location if there were workable options.

My reservation changed and did not have an appliance dolly on it. The truck listed on the paperwork was initially not the truck I was given. I had to go back and swap trucks to get the truck listed on the paperwork. Had to go to 3 different locations for a dolly. When I picked up the correct truck, a tire pressure light was on and stayed on. The service person did add air but it stayed on throughout the rental.

Rented 26ft truck drive 5 minutes away and the truck had mechanical issue and had to return - thank goodness we called right before they closed and they had 1 more 26 ft truck. After that things went well but it was a close call to a disaster

I asked for a dolly and 2 dozen furnture pads in the rental. They had no dolly and only 1 doen furniture pads. They did drop the mileage charge from $1.29 to $0.99 a mile so that was nice.

This rental location and the person working behind the counter are a joke. I had a reservation for 20 foot truck, 2 furniture dolly's and 12 blankets. When I showed up for my reservation, they had NO TRUCK, NO DOLLY, NO BLANKETS. I had to leave and come back, only to get a truck. I lost two hours of helper time ($40/hour) on this move because of their inability to manage a fleet rental service. I called UHaul Customer Service and that was even a bigger joke!

1. I requested moving pads with this vehicle; none were in the vehicle when I collected it and no prior advice from the licensee the pads would not be available. 2. Upon return & checkin after office hours, I disputed the final charges because the moving pads were still listed on the invoice. The standard response was that a U-Haul representative would contact me within 2 business days to resolve the issue. It has been 5 business days and I have not been contacted, so it appears there is a broken business process at U-Haul.

1)make sure your reservation site actually has the size trucks that are available. 2)please get some rubber wheeled dollies. The one we rented had the hard wheels and stair assist rollers. Was very noisy going up 3 flights of tile stairs. The other tenants in the building were annoyed. Other than that everything was great. We will definitely use your service in the future if need be. Thank you!

This location did not have WiFi and cell reception is terrible which made it extremely difficult to rent the vehicle. It is in a remote area and if there is 24/7 option to rent a vehicle, reliable reception or WIFI should be available. The location looks sketchy and unsafe for a lone female, too. The vehicle I rented was dirty, dented and full of dog hair. Yet, the location tried to make me pay a $25 cleaning fee despite me trying to depute the charge and that photos were provided and uploaded before I rented the truck.

The Vehicle had a "Change Engine Oil" alarm on, and the floorboard of the truck was a little muddy (not a problem, just stating since it was a question). Otherwise it was in good shape (operationally and clean enough)

I had reserved 12 furniture pads when I made the reservation. I was told the morning we picked up the truck that there were no pads available. We were counting on them and it would have been appreciated if we could have been notified of this before the actual day we picked the truck up. Otherwise, the experience was above average.

Was sent instructions to pick up via app. Upon trying, I was informed I had to go inside the store to get the truck. My rental was for 730am, but the app said my store didn't open until 8. I checked at 750 and the store was open.. because of the confusion, I didn't get the truck until 8, but still was required to return it at 730pm for my "12" hour rental... Try to make pickup instructions and rental windows more accurate, please.
