The Truck was too used and not well maintained. Also, I rented 2 dozen of pads and 2 dollies but for my surprise there was only 1 dolly in the truck. Thank you!

Industrial area, unpaved parking lot, standing water puddles, lots of mud, very little lighting, poor signage to direct renters where to park vehicles. I hate this location, and would use any other location if there were workable options.

My reservation changed and did not have an appliance dolly on it. The truck listed on the paperwork was initially not the truck I was given. I had to go back and swap trucks to get the truck listed on the paperwork. Had to go to 3 different locations for a dolly. When I picked up the correct truck, a tire pressure light was on and stayed on. The service person did add air but it stayed on throughout the rental.

Rented 26ft truck drive 5 minutes away and the truck had mechanical issue and had to return - thank goodness we called right before they closed and they had 1 more 26 ft truck. After that things went well but it was a close call to a disaster

I asked for a dolly and 2 dozen furnture pads in the rental. They had no dolly and only 1 doen furniture pads. They did drop the mileage charge from $1.29 to $0.99 a mile so that was nice.

This rental location and the person working behind the counter are a joke. I had a reservation for 20 foot truck, 2 furniture dolly's and 12 blankets. When I showed up for my reservation, they had NO TRUCK, NO DOLLY, NO BLANKETS. I had to leave and come back, only to get a truck. I lost two hours of helper time ($40/hour) on this move because of their inability to manage a fleet rental service. I called UHaul Customer Service and that was even a bigger joke!

1. I requested moving pads with this vehicle; none were in the vehicle when I collected it and no prior advice from the licensee the pads would not be available. 2. Upon return & checkin after office hours, I disputed the final charges because the moving pads were still listed on the invoice. The standard response was that a U-Haul representative would contact me within 2 business days to resolve the issue. It has been 5 business days and I have not been contacted, so it appears there is a broken business process at U-Haul.

1)make sure your reservation site actually has the size trucks that are available. 2)please get some rubber wheeled dollies. The one we rented had the hard wheels and stair assist rollers. Was very noisy going up 3 flights of tile stairs. The other tenants in the building were annoyed. Other than that everything was great. We will definitely use your service in the future if need be. Thank you!

This location did not have WiFi and cell reception is terrible which made it extremely difficult to rent the vehicle. It is in a remote area and if there is 24/7 option to rent a vehicle, reliable reception or WIFI should be available. The location looks sketchy and unsafe for a lone female, too. The vehicle I rented was dirty, dented and full of dog hair. Yet, the location tried to make me pay a $25 cleaning fee despite me trying to depute the charge and that photos were provided and uploaded before I rented the truck.

The Vehicle had a "Change Engine Oil" alarm on, and the floorboard of the truck was a little muddy (not a problem, just stating since it was a question). Otherwise it was in good shape (operationally and clean enough)

I had reserved 12 furniture pads when I made the reservation. I was told the morning we picked up the truck that there were no pads available. We were counting on them and it would have been appreciated if we could have been notified of this before the actual day we picked the truck up. Otherwise, the experience was above average.

Ordered a trailer from Manassas which the web site let me do and I had to drive an hour to Leesburg to pick it up. If it was not available in Manassas the web site should have said it was not available.

Was sent instructions to pick up via app. Upon trying, I was informed I had to go inside the store to get the truck. My rental was for 730am, but the app said my store didn't open until 8. I checked at 750 and the store was open.. because of the confusion, I didn't get the truck until 8, but still was required to return it at 730pm for my "12" hour rental... Try to make pickup instructions and rental windows more accurate, please.

They charged me an extra $20 for gas. There was a problem with the gas gauge with this truck in that it registered 1/4 tank lower when the engine was turned off. Turning the engine on registered the proper amount of gas. I think they knew this and charged me for the gas I did not use. I attempted to call multiple times on the Monday to discuss it with the location. The location was totally unreachable by phone or any other method.

Sticking to a price I went from a $14 safemove to a $28 safemove price. I can't seem to get nobody on the phone. I called when I knew I was going to be back after 7. I got back around 9. I called at 4 something. The safe move price going up was disturbing.

The confirmation started a little shaky. I scheduled a 7:00 am pick up and was confirmed as such. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the U-Haul app would not allow me to do so. Fortunately an employee of Affordable Fleet Services in Leesburg Va was onsite prior to the stores scheduled opening time. I did not get the young lady's name, but I am very grateful for her assistance. She was not obligated to assist me be 8:00 am but she did so with a smile.

Had problems, the equipment was good - but the location posted a closing time of 4pm on Saturday, I showed up at 3:40pm and the place was locked up. So that forced me into an after-hours dropoff, I took photos of the dash mileage and gas level like any rental, but Uhaul's app online fo early check-in doesn't let you upload a phote - you have to take the shot fresh, so if you've turned in the keys to the lockbox alraedy... you won't be able to after hours check-in, the Uhaul corporate will likely fleece people for an extra day of rental, b/c there is no logged evidence it showed up. Also, they require multiple pictures of it's cleanliness in the online application too, otherwise you can't complete after-hours checkin... and this point is solely for them re-renting the truck, like they're making me due work for their business, and if I don't - the truck isn't checked in, and corporate Uhaul is probably fleecing people for an extra day of rental. I can't say if Uhaul corporate is planning of this, but it all does tip in their favor if they happen to just pay for a poor online tool experience. The truck/equipment was wonderful, check after-hours for a during hours period - plus an online after-hours checkin application... not so wonderful. They would've easily gotten excellent from me, had their app been a lot less legalistic... probably corporate Uhaul though if I had to guess.

This rental was the best UHaul experience I've ever had. The last time was the WORST. When I showed up to pick up the truck using the app, I was asked to upload a photo of my passport. WHO CARRIES THEIR PASSPORT WHEN THEY'RE DOING AN IN-TOWN MOVE? Glad I didn't run into that problem this time.

Did not have ball hitch needed for the trailer. Had to drive to Lowe's to purchase one. I wish they would have told me that I needed one before I git here. Btw they called me twice that day to rearrange or cancel my reservation.

Was dealing with customer service for 30 mins and while that was happening, someone else was able to rent the truck that I had reserved somehow. Overall, not good experience as I was left to find another option for my move date.
