Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck itself was clean; however, there was a hole in the ceiling of the truck, and it rained, and my items got wet. The truck also leaked through the door, and the boxes by the door were wet as well. The owner was very friendly and patient.
Lisa TThe site is just a drop off/pickup, no office. Dropped off via app, which was very easy and self service to return.
Josh GOutstanding customer service! Super accommodating and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough will use again in the near future and tell everyone else to do so.
