The website was hard to work with. It would kick me out while I'm trying to use it to checking or check out. I got lucky because someone was there and she was able to help us out but if she hadn't been there I'm not sure what would have happened.

Lock box number 3 is broken. No one there to help. Back of the truck had a mirror and dirty sock No where to park your own car. Dirty lot, lots of trash and debris

When I showed up, there was a sign on the door saying they will be back at 10:40, I showed up 10:05 and had to wait, which caused me to be late for my 1st job and 2nd job ended up canceling because of it. They came back both with bags of food like they went out for lunch but why couldn't one go and one stay? Leaving an establishment during operating hours is very unprofessional. I also had a very dirty truck and I put gas in (like I always do at every location) and yet I'm charged for the gas and truck being dirty but they GAVE IT TO ME LIKE THAT!!! This was the worst uhaul experience ever and I wouldn't ever go to this location again or recommend anybody.

GPS could not identify I was at the location to pickup truck. There was no barcode to scan to prove I was indeed there. U-Haul Customer service couldn't help me. The location that was supposed to open at 8:00a but no one was around.

This Affordable Fleet location was great and the gentleman who helped us was very nice and professional. The overall rental experience itself was poorâ€" the original place we reserved a van through rented our van out to someone else right under us and we had to call and get transferred around for an hour to find someone to help us.

Went to pick up spot only to find out that truck wasn't ready. Called uhaul and our cs rep was amazing. He found us another truck ready in a different location. He even told us about the 50 $refund guarantee if our truck wasn't ready in time. Would definitely recommend uhaul based on its customer service alone.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up. I took and sent pictures. Then I was charged a 25 $cleaning fee for the dirt that hadn't been cleaned up before. Very frustrating.

I had reservation at 10:30 am. The location calls me at 10:15 to tell me there is zero car at his location. He just told me to call local headquarter. I had to be on phone for 30 minutes with local headquarter and get car at another location that is 9 miles away, not original 1 milre away. They offered 50 $refund, but if you think about 16 extra miles I had to pay and extra hour I had to pay my mover, I lost 80 $that is still unacceptable. Next i go to new location, good employees, but they forgot to update the mileage from previous person, and asked me to pay for the mileages for previous rental. Thank god I took a picture with mioleage of the car and the paperwork that proves their fault. All day, I had fix things to get proper service. Whole experience was terrible.

Two part rental. My trailer I used was excellent. Pick up a breeze, and after. Hours return no problem other than all the phone work done while at the other location. Over an hour making sure all was well.

After leaving the truck parked overnight full of furniture during a storm, significant amounts of water was discovered absorbed in the furniture and cardboard boxes. Looking up to the roof, punctures were present along with evidence of previously applied tape to cover said punctures.

Unable to use mobile app as it couldn't locate my position and confirm where I was. Fortunately, I picked up during normal hours. I dropped off after hours and it was taken care of by the staff on the following business day so that's ok. Van was mostly clean but food and other debris in the cab and cargo space.

The truck I rented has a bad tire pressure sensor, so it was always saying one tire was low even though it was inflated properly (I checked). The existing damage to the vehicle was not shown on the images UHaul used when I checked out the vehicle (I had to take new images). The whole app based thing is only useful at locations that have good wifi or cellular data signals. If you can't get an internet connection it is pretty worthless doing everything via an app. If Uhaul insists that customers use their app, then they should verify that there are useful internet connections on all carriers at all locations.

Nothing, the whole experience was wonderful. I decided on the fly first thing in the morning to rent a motorcycle trailer to get my husband's bike home, filled out the online reservation, and had zero trouble with the process. The employees were very helpful and the whole thing took no time at all. Keep up the good work!

The lady at the front desk was very attentive and courteous. I accidentally locked the key inside the truck; she immediately got the help for us and unlocked the truck. She was very patient in answering all of our questions.

The online check-in procedure was infuriating. You need to tell people up front that you're going to want additional information at the time of pick up. Additionally, it should be indicated that you're going to call the individual listed as an additional contact. Dropping off the truck was not any easier. The online form refused to recognize the QR code that confirmed what location I was at and clicking the it's not working button did nothing. It was only once I gave up and hit cancel that it progressed me to the next screen.

Truck had siding hanging off of it when picked up. The truck also had no coolant in it. Truck broke down 80 miles after starting the drive. All engine lights came on and we were driving at 2 mph on the interstate. Called UHaul roadside assistance to let them know about the issue. After waiting for 1,5 hours roadside assistance said they were no longer able to come. Fixed the problem ourselves hoping it was only a coolant issue. Drove for about 2 more hours, out of coolant again and broken down again. Obtained more coolant along with lots of extra to finish the move. This was ridiculous because it was apparent that UHaul did not check the truck out before issuing it to anyone. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. If UHaul had ANY DECENCY whatsoever a full refund would be issued. Rather than this move being easy it turned into an all night drive, two breakdowns, no sleep from Friday-Sun because of the time lost w/ the breakdowns.

When I got back to the lot with my truck, there was no available parking spaces (partly because other drivers took up two spaces with their trucks), so I was forced to park in front of some other trucks and block them.

My uhaul clearly had mechanical issues!! I was an hour from home when it broke down. Roadside assistance was nearly unreachable. I entered an online request and sat on hold multiple times for 40 plus minutes!! After over 3hours of waiting, my cell phone battery was dying, my sister got online with a customer service rep. Now at 4 hours and a threat to call police, they finally called a tow truck!! I was not picked up till 5 hours after my original call!! Phone was DEAD. No help. Zero! Uhaul put my safety at risk and left me stranded in another state for 5 hours! Unbelievable. And uhaul is completely at fault. Cost me not only the uhaul but my hired movers, my time, and tip I paid the tow truck driver!! I'm following up Customer Service.. I expect to be heard in this case. No one should ever experience what I did.

my 15' truck wasn't there it was gone. lady on the desk said she can't do anything about it... but after i put so much pressure she said she could give me a 10' truck (meaning more trips for me) and she would give me a discount on the mileage (which she didn't)
