This was probably the best Uhaul experience I've ever had. Unfortunately can't remember the gentleman's name but he was super helpful and walked me thru the process without rushing. He even adjusted my mirrors. Excellent customer service. Merci.

Julie PDifficult to know exactly where you can drop and leave a trailer. Parking spots are on an incline so un-hitching and getting the trailer to stay is difficult. Uhaul doesn't provide wheel blocks or a stand or any other tools to keep trailer in place.

Truck was super clean and he gave us good info about the incoming weather and how to drive the rental truck. He is an asset to UHaul!

Peter MIt was very hard to find the key drop box in the dark, lights were terrible and there were no signs to the key drop box. It's only visible if someone entered from a certain gate which took me a while to find.
Mahir DThe local dealer should have recommended an LED adaptor for my vehicle when hooking up the 12 foot trailer I rented. As a result the trailer's electrical system caused a fuse to blow in my vehicle, and the trailer lights wouldn't work when towing the trailer. The staff at this location hasn't been properly trained to recognize this preventable issue. I incurred time and expense to have my vehicle repaired at the dealership. I escalated this issue to the regional manager and he decided that despite U-Haul being at fault, nothing would be done to rectify this situation. I recommend renting from a competitor and avoiding U-Haul at all cost.
