Rentals should be inspected by certified technician before customer rents. Trailer had two bad tires that were not noticed until trailer was loaded, and road side service technician inspected the two tires.

Ultimately, I was able to drop off the 5X8 trailer In Incline Village NV. Very unhappy that U-Haul kept pressuring me to drop off in Reno or Carson City ??? Why the Incline office was diverting drop-off , They said they were full ??? (plenty of spaces to drop off) Also, very little snow on the ground if weather was the issue ??? Just seemed like laziness to me !!

Picking up the trailer was a problem. Originally booked from Carson City but had to go up into the mountains to get it from Incline Village. This is not a trivial drive and rather than take the loaded 26 foot van I instead used my own vehicle (this necessitated purchasing a hitch and ball. ). BUT....the main issue is the TIME IT ALL TOOk, just when time is of the essence.

The employee i dealt with was extremely helpful and informative. Very efficient and knowledgeable about the truck I rented. If my experience was typical of this location they should be training for uhaul. Best customer service I've received.

Great customer service experts on property! I was shocked that I had to refill the vehicle with gas.. what is the .69 cents per mile being paid for then?? This was also the only thing not mentioned when making the reservation. I would like someone to follow up with me regarding this, as I have rented uhauls in the past and was never asked to refill the vehicle. Uhaul is a great company and made $91 off of me today, I do not think it was necessary to force me to refill an extra $20 in gas to save me from a $30 fee on top of filling up fees if I decided not to refill the vehicle. I am not certain that the below issue is site specific. Poor reservation process. Was moved from one pick up location to another, was not contacted of the change. When I arrived at the location they were closed on Sunday's after being told they were open and waiting for me. Had to postpone our move for a day. Limited equipment available.
