Somewhat of a rigmarole picking up after hours. We were told at the last-minute that our preferred location could not provide the vehicle originally promised, so we had to drive 40 minutes to the nearest location. However, we were comped the extra mileage.

Jonathan SThe manager at this facility was helpful , thorough , and professional . He made it very easy and pleasant and I will be back & recommend them to others . Excellent job ! I believe his name was Richard :)
LIVERMORE SI was processed in quickly and truck was ready to go. Staff (Dave) was very helpful throughout the entire process. Regarding the facility, I would highly recommend putting in an elevator for people to use (not just the freight elevator) especially since the office is upstairs. I have some mobility issues when it comes to stairs and had a very difficult time going up and down them. Otherwise, everything was good.
Lori MThis Uhaul team is great, no changes
