First, this location was an alternate location I had to drive out of the way to get to because for the 3rd time, your equipment was not at the location I reserved in advance. Next the 24/7 pick up protocol to get the keys did not work smoothly. It took over an hour to work through this and multiple calls to U-Haul. All in all, I lost several hours, and still had to drive to the location to do the move. All of this needs to improve significantly if you want to keep my business.

Your web site with the trailer size should also have the ball size. Changing ball from a 2 and 5/16 to a 2â€â€ ball at the last minute was the only inconvenience.! Thank you Jerry

Steve D.We booked our trailer online to save time since we were on a tight schedule, but I used my cell phone and I didn't see an option to choose one way. The fee was supposed to be $29 and they didn't tell me any differently when I said I needed it one way. Well our charge ended up being well over $100, something we couldn't afford, and it messed up our finances. Due to rain, the location we went to was without electricity and internet, so he had to call someone at another location to finish our registration.

I will not recommend U-Haul to any one at this time based upon the costumer service o have received so far.
