Robert G.First, this location was an alternate location I had to drive out of the way to get to because for the 3rd time, your equipment was not at the location I reserved in advance. Next the 24/7 pick up protocol to get the keys did not work smoothly. It took over an hour to work through this and multiple calls to U-Haul. All in all, I lost several hours, and still had to drive to the location to do the move. All of this needs to improve significantly if you want to keep my business.
