The truck had trouble lights on, the truck kept telling me the gas cap wasn't tightened and the stabilitrack needed serviced. Also I was charged gor safe move and don't remember clicking that button, an extra $15 charge

The app is problematic at best, especially the scanner. Would not responded at all to take a pic of my license. I had to use the web site. Even that scanner only worked if the flash was on even though it wasn't utilized.

My local shop where the uhaul's are is great and thankfully very helpful, because your app is very hard to use. Repeatedly I haven't been able to complete checkout with your app from login to trouble in the app etc. The shop always has to manually help me rent. Please improve your app.

the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke....my wife could not go with me because of her asthma......also where we picked up the Uhaul the one employee was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this location at arch street in milton, pa.

The truck was good but the business was dirty and smelled like old clothes that needed washed. I was under the impression that he would take the rest of my information and hand me the keys. He said it was up to me to do it all on line and get a code for the key. After I said that I don't even know where to start he was kind enough to help me. I also called them at 9am and said I can't pick up the truck till 4pm instead of 1pm. They said no problem but then at 2pm I got an email saying that my uhaul was canceled. I called the 800 number right away and it was ok but she said that the person I called that morning should have let them know. I just feel that things could have been better. And perhaps it was something I didn't do but when I got the confirmation weeks ago I thought things were all taken care of and that I would have the option of online or in person finishing the transaction when I got there. I usually don't complain because I knows that things aren't perfect but there were too many annoying things that happened so I just had to say something.

The location stated they charged my card with a pending hold of one amount -$41,69- but as soon as my card was ran, I was charged $116.69. He had no clue why. Didn't know how it happened. And then NO ONE -Not even 3 U-Haul representatives- could begin to explain why. It happened a second time when I was told that this dealer would correct the issue, I was shoved off to U-Haul 1-800 representatives who then charged my card A SECOND TIME -$78,42- without rectifying anything with the first amount AND stated that they only ran an amount of $45.11. Now my bank has closed my account to save further opportunities for more money to be withdrawn. HOW, in a world of every detail and transaction being controlled for auditing purposes, can a company OVERCHARGE customers and have ZERO knowledge or paper trail of how it happened? Like…. As a business owner, I know if I treated my customers this way with their money, LET ALONE handled my financials in such a horrid manor, my accountant & IRS would be up my ass so far I could taste the ink in their pens. Absolutely horrible experience.

I submitted license etc online and booked the van. Showed up and the guy at the counter asked me to do the 24/7 pickup. Well, att doesn't have service at the location so I was unable to. I showed up at 1240 and reservation was for 12:45. The guy made me wait until he finished an online auction he was involved in before checking out the van to me. Left there with a van at 1:22. No one, especially a person moving has that much time to waste.

Signing out the equipment using the uhaul app needs work times out keeps an asking you to resubmit pictures and information I submitted in pre check in while the time out ticker is running, I eventually had to call in and get someone to walk me through the process took me over 40 minutes. Checking back was an easier process didn't need any assistance just too many pictures. Mis the days working with an actual person in person.

Cell Service in Milton is not great so the self check in and the return took a much longer time. Maybe add guest Wi-Fi to help improve that.

The after hours pickup was a fiasco. I would not recommend it. The previous night I totally filled out all required info including drivers license, secondary contact etc., in belief as was told to expedite the pick up process. Then at pick up I had to do ALL OF THIS all over again including an additional contact that both had to be contacted before the process could continue. The location had a separate U-Haul "help"phone number I was told to call if any issues arose at pick up--when I called the person I spoke to, said she could do nothing to help me except send a copy of the process on video. The location was great, and I would recommend it but also would only pick up and drop off during business hours and not after hours using a cell phone as it is getting dark.

This place was/is horrible. Worst experience I've had with uhaul & I have used uhaul trucks, vans & storage many times. The service sucked, the man was rude, crude & most unhelpful. The reservation information was not available & I was forced to use a secondary payment method which caused further problems for me. I am 70 year old, disabled female & received no help or consderation at this location. Will never recommend this place!!

When I was picking up in Milton PA I was traveling 3,5 hours from my new home and I was an 1hr late getting there for pickup and the guy yelled at me and my brother saying that I should have called and said I was going to be late and that I may not be allowed to pick my truck up because it may have been rented to someone else because I was late . Very rude and unprofessional.

When a person signs up for a vehicle, they should be clearly informed -- either by making a choice or information that comes up at the end of the reservation process -- as to whether the vehicle they are reserving is a one-way rental or round trip. I rented a truck under the assumption that it was one-way (I would not have chosen a round-trip rental) and then was told when I went to drop it off that it was round trip. I had no means of returning the vehicle to the place from which I had picked it up. I have been charged round trip fee and I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN ... EVER.

Your app and online pickup and drop sucks. We spent 1,5 hours doing an after hours pickup and finally had to call the 800 number. We had no appliance dolly in the truck as ordered so wasted a day unable to move large items as we had to pickup the dolly the next day. The online return also did not work so we had to just drop the key. If you want everything done on line then you need to make your site more user friendly

I called prior to picking up truck and uhaul agent at location was extremely rude. Told me to get online and everything i need will be on there. When I picked up truck he asked if I followed all instructions sent to me and I replied that I completed all registration steps and registration said complete and his response was "we will see if you really did" he told me to go outside and finish registering and scan license. I had already done this at home. Then I completed again and he kept telling me it wasn't done. He made me leave and do a 24/7 check in and come back. The next day at 506PM I called 1-833-399-0504 and let them know we were not going to have the truck back till 12/25/22 @ 130PM and today I am being charged almost 270 more. I have used Uhaul many times and had to move because of an emergency with my child. Very sad of how someone treats a woman and single mom that is trying to make a life better for her child.

The man who took care of us was one of the most rude people I ever met!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never pick up a uhaul vehicle there again and I will tell my friends and family NEVER to pick up at that location.

There was extremely limited cell phone receptuon at the location so mobile checkin was a nightmare we were there over 45 minutes trying to get things to submit. We had to drive to the local McDonald's for Wi-Fi to submit things and then drive back to the truck. It was an extreme hassle. Also, there was no appliance dolly and the place was closed so there was no way to get one for our move. There

The process was long. In the day and age where identity theft is easy, I didn't like putting that much personal information online. I could have handled all of it at the counter when I went in to reserve the truck. I will be moving soon and I will not use uhual. Not because of the trucks but because I can't just stand at a counter look the person in the eyes and only have one or two people that can steal my identity. You can offer easy online reservation to those who don't mind taking a chance, but that much personal I'd with my picture. No thanks.

The only issue was that my cell signal was weak at this location. Using your phone to pick up and return is great, but it took me a very long time to get through everything on my phone. I have AT&T.

Fix or trash your on-line app thingy. Clumsy, awkward and no ability to check out on-line unless I'm right on site. Impractical, people. And, why was the place required to get 4 phone numbers (three not including me): marketing ploy or complete insecurity. Totally annoying.

We were told it would b 0,5 cents a mile but were charged 0,89 cents a mile.it was supposed to be a 24 hr rental we were told to have back by 6pm the same day when we rented it around 2pm so we had it only 3,5 -4 hours.we were not able to finish move w uhaul. I feel I was ripped off.

No non-sense ... when I called to place order the telephone connection was TERRIBLE but the lady was EXCELLENT and saved a lot of time when I went to pickup trailer several days early Man explained features of car hauling trailer - good man !!!!

The phone service is horrible I was outside for a hour in the heat for some one to answer, then when they did they switch me to an answering machine..then it took me like 3 days to get the truck cause they kept changing my location with out me knowing...then at the pick up sight there was only one person who dealt with u haul who was on vacation...so I end up returning the truck and then had to return the key the next day..i had a horrible experience

To have the vehicle ready 1 time of pickup a couple minutes but I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get it figured out and then I got charged for having the vehicle out the later because I originally had it out for 8 hours and they held me up for 45 minutes so that took an hour out of my time but all in all it's all good
