In general I didn't like mobile pick up. We were standing out in the heat waiting for verification and when we tried chatting or calling it seemed to take forever. The app skipped the initial photos of the vehicle and mileage. Other than that, we were able to use the van and return it with no issues.

The location was closed on my pick up day so everything had to be done through the app or on uhaul's website. Nothing negative to say about the location itself as they had very little to do with my transaction. The truck did smell like someone hauled livestock in it.
Sherri PEquipment was in terrible condition! Ramp on left side pulled all the way out and badly bruised my foot and leg. Marker Lights were out and I was told it was "my" problem. My contract was messed up several times when it was a very simple one way haul from Pennsylvania to West Texas. Rate was 286.00...I then got charged over 1300.00 dollars. Your service sucks and I refuse to pay it. Also speaking to attorney for pain caused by faulty Equipment
