This cargo trailer was a piece of junk. It worked okay, buy it should have been retired long ago. The roll up door jams in the roof and is very difficult to open, . As far as cleanliness, it was very clean. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF AUTOMATION LLC. The fault goes to U-Haul itself.

TROY RIf you never rented a U Haul before it's very confusing to someone that's not good using phone I suggest taking someone that nolagable about sending things using the phone beside that the experience was good worked well got everything moved

Barbara RIn general I didn't like mobile pick up. We were standing out in the heat waiting for verification and when we tried chatting or calling it seemed to take forever. The app skipped the initial photos of the vehicle and mileage. Other than that, we were able to use the van and return it with no issues.
