When a person signs up for a vehicle, they should be clearly informed -- either by making a choice or information that comes up at the end of the reservation process -- as to whether the vehicle they are reserving is a one-way rental or round trip. I rented a truck under the assumption that it was one-way (I would not have chosen a round-trip rental) and then was told when I went to drop it off that it was round trip. I had no means of returning the vehicle to the place from which I had picked it up. I have been charged round trip fee and I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN ... EVER.

Easy no contact return of the rental truck.
Francis B.Your app and online pickup and drop sucks. We spent 1,5 hours doing an after hours pickup and finally had to call the 800 number. We had no appliance dolly in the truck as ordered so wasted a day unable to move large items as we had to pickup the dolly the next day. The online return also did not work so we had to just drop the key. If you want everything done on line then you need to make your site more user friendly
Ron M.I called prior to picking up truck and uhaul agent at location was extremely rude. Told me to get online and everything i need will be on there. When I picked up truck he asked if I followed all instructions sent to me and I replied that I completed all registration steps and registration said complete and his response was "we will see if you really did" he told me to go outside and finish registering and scan license. I had already done this at home. Then I completed again and he kept telling me it wasn't done. He made me leave and do a 24/7 check in and come back. The next day at 506PM I called 1-833-399-0504 and let them know we were not going to have the truck back till 12/25/22 @ 130PM and today I am being charged almost 270 more. I have used Uhaul many times and had to move because of an emergency with my child. Very sad of how someone treats a woman and single mom that is trying to make a life better for her child.
