William LHighly unorganized took way too long to retrieve the truck. The employees seem like they didn't know how to rent the equipment out or how to return even though I did a self check in.

Tom GWould not do the return for me. Told e to use the app. I did and the app crashed when I went to take pictures, Hope it was returned correctly. Told him the dolly was in the back unlocked.
BRADLEY WRental location changed and when I it there I had to do it over the phone at the gas station had loud music in the background and could not leave because I had the gas station telephone. Had to ask repeatedly to say over again and when I was done I asked and did not have any paperwork and I asked the person behind the counter do I need anything he said no it was all good. As I was driving I got text and could not looks at them while I was driving when I remembered to look at them it was to late to fill out the initial forms I.e condition If vehicle. Etc….
joe bHorrible experience. The staff member at the gas station we were told to pick the truck up at had no clue what to do. He had to call a random guy to talk to us on his cell to do the process. After 10 minutes on the phone, THAT guy's Uhaul app crashed and he told us to call our local Uhaul branch. THAT guy at the branch told us he was too busy and we have to call Uhaul Customer service. THAT lady at customer service needed 10 minutes on the phone to tell us she couldn't help with "neighborhood-pickups" like our reservation and she had to transfer us to someone else. After 30 minutes with THAT lady on the phone, she was able to complete the check-in and the original guy at the gas station was given the OK to give us the key to the truck (that was sitting 30 feet away from us through the entire HOUR-LONG process).
Erich FTruck was snow-covered. Since the location is a "third party", no one wanted to clear it off. I didn't have a snow brush to do it. Second, I had to complete the application on the cellphone of an employee of that location. None of this was made clear to me when I CALLED in my reservation. The person I talked to to complete my transaction was difficult to work with. I will not use this provider again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Jack GEmployee was rude and not professional. Making unnecessary remarks. Gas tank was given with 3/4 of fuel. Returned at 1/2, was charged $33 for fuel.
lucia gI had ordered an appliance dolly and 24 blankets. There were not with the truck and the location didn't have any. I had people waiting to help me and I had to delay. Lucky the UHaul center on Lake street in Aurora, IL was able to help me with the issue. If the locations other than a center don't have the equipment I need I should have gotten an email say that I would need to go to a center. The truck was clean and worked well. I have used UHaul many time and this is the third time that a location didn't have what I asked for. It's frustrating to deal with this on moving day.

David LIt took me 45 min to get my truck after waiting 20 min to get approved and the gas station clerk had to call someone to come hand me the keys he was not able to and the person drove from there house and I didn’t leave there until 10:45 for a 10:00 pick up

CHARLOTTE WI live in Elgin IL, rented in Elgin. By the time I pick up my 6 / 12 trailer I was in a Aurora IL. 45min.away instead of 5 min don't understand. Elgin had the size I needed. The lady I talk to was no help to me at all.
DAVID DIt was a very conveniend location. It was easy to pick up the van and return it. Also gas for fill up was available there. Selection of equipment is limitead as it is a small location but it worked out well for my needs. The staff was very helpful.
