U-haul must require all neighborhood locations to become full participants in the Uhaul app. Whether a customer selects Reserve or Online Booking the experience at pickup should be short & seamless for pickup & dtop off. The pickup at this location was a complete fiasco. Repeated calls to an off site manager who was tasked with a manual part of completing the rental was insanity. Uhaul customer service called me while in was in BP gas station to ask if I intended to rent the vehicle. I explained I was in the BP for the past 25 min trying to rent the truck and she said the vendor didn't have the ability to complete it thru the app... that is absurd. Force all vendors who wish to participate as a vendor to be all in so customers are given excellent service. I will try my best not to use a neighborhood vendor again.

Mike took the keys and I thought I needed to fill out a return form and he said no, all is set. I was impressed as I was short on time to get things done. I shared a story on what actually goes into red bull not realizing he was drinking one and I felt bad he lost his appetite for the drink. Lol Great service and very nice gentleman he was. Thank you
