Jack G.Employee was rude and not professional. Making unnecessary remarks. Gas tank was given with 3/4 of fuel. Returned at 1/2, was charged $33 for fuel.
lucia G.I had ordered an appliance dolly and 24 blankets. There were not with the truck and the location didn't have any. I had people waiting to help me and I had to delay. Lucky the UHaul center on Lake street in Aurora, IL was able to help me with the issue. If the locations other than a center don't have the equipment I need I should have gotten an email say that I would need to go to a center. The truck was clean and worked well. I have used UHaul many time and this is the third time that a location didn't have what I asked for. It's frustrating to deal with this on moving day.
