I highly upset about this Drop location because she manually went in the system and changed.our Mileage from 128 to 97 which made the system generate a invoice showing we owe an additional $22 for.over mileage which is false.. .However if this BTA storage is being dishonest In any way with us or any other customers! They need to be held accountable for FRAUD .....I will not use them as a Drop off location AGAIN !

ROBERT JNothing really. Went pretty smooth. One thing I didnt like too much was I should've been able to show fuel level when I picked up truck instead of trusting "the system" to have the beginning fuel level correct. Only had the option of showing "return level" when I dropped off truck.

jay mIt took me 2 hrs to get key for truck. Tried the online check in and didn't have good luck with that system.
Jeff HNo customer service on premises due to "staff emergency." We were finally able to be in contact with someone who worked us thru the online but it was very frustrating Not to be able to get equipment subs as dollies. I understand having an emergency but it seems someone could have at least been available knowing we had a reservation. Same thing on return but did the online return. Have not received a receipt via email as was mentioned. Did see a total charge via text but not sure exactly what all I paid for.

Jenny MAlthough it did ride good it had check engine light on during the move as I was told about also driver side broken view mirror. I don't know why it had tape on the window but guess. It was repaired or what but had tape on it. I had to drive from Terrell to Will Point,Tx and that location was on the outside of Wills Point East of it to top it off.

Edward L | Expérience généraleThe day I went to pick up the Uhaul, the locations was closed. The keys to the uhaul were in a box that needed a code to get them out. It took almost an hour on the phone to get access to the uhaul. Which started my day to move an hour later than planned. Seems like the process at uhaul needs some work.
Lauren RI moved out of the facility for 1 reason, cost. I moved in paying $40. I left paying $70 in about 2 years time. Don't know of many things that have doubled in costs in such a short time

It just doesn't sit well with me I will never use this facility again nor recommend it to anyone...
