I dropped off my U-Haul on time October 5th I still got charged an extra day because they decide to go in on Monday and check it in charge me $40 for that and charge me $20 for after hours keep in mind during the whole reservation time they knew it was reserving the truck for Saturday and turning it back in on Sunday my contract even stated that but yet they still charged me an extra day which I did not have the truck in the truck was already in use for at for another customer as for the fuel it was missing maybe a little centimeter of gas. No one called they just saw my name being discriminated and start charging me and looking at the contract better I contact the Forney location spoke to a manager and she said yes my contract stated I will return the vehicle on Sunday October 5th before 3:00 I turned it way before that but yet they saw a different race and start charging me all these fees and trying to run my card up it makes no sense to get a 15 truck 1 day rental and they charge $199 for one day this is the worst location ever I have been a U-Haul customer I've never dealt with poor service like this.

SONYA JI highly upset about this Drop location because she manually went in the system and changed.our Mileage from 128 to 97 which made the system generate a invoice showing we owe an additional $22 for.over mileage which is false.. .However if this BTA storage is being dishonest In any way with us or any other customers! They need to be held accountable for FRAUD .....I will not use them as a Drop off location AGAIN !
