Truck was old and beat up. My order was not complete. I was missing my appliance dolly and furniture pads. This was a huge inconvenience and u-haul was not accommodating in the slightest. I will never use u-haul again. I will take my business to other companies that value their customers.

This place was a pit. The guys running it were rude, impatient and almost computer illiterate. I was redirected there by U-Haul because of equipment one way availability . I think they must have a dial-up modem or something. They were bitching and moaning about the U-haul website and at one point said they were going to just close up shop and go home..... and I had everything done ahead of time! Terrible

The worst rental experience I have ever had. First, when I arrived where I was told to through the confirmation email, the dispatcher (Rob) wasn't there, nor was my truck. Then when I called him he said he doesn't have a record, then after I provided my confirmation number, he then magically found it. Still said, no truck. But arranged for me to go another 3 miles out of my way (6 round trip, for which I was charged) at Barrett's (nice guy) and they only had a 26' truck, when I only needed a 10-15' and actually agreed to a 20', which was on the confirmation. So, I was again up-charged for a 26' at $39.95, which I didn't need nor agreed to, but was at the mercy of the disorganized. I am livid with the "service" I received through your contractors. You are ultimately responsible for the lack of availability and unacceptable "service". I will share this experience with my friends, neighbors (who move) and my professional network. UNACCEPTABLE. I paid an additional $10 for the size of a truck I did not need, with applicable taxes and additional mileage because the truck I reserved (with confirmation) was not there and added 6 more miles which I had to pay for.
