Also, when the cashier was serving me, he stopped multiple times to serve other customers in parallel; this also NOT right!!

Luis R.What you could do to improve for the next customer is to make sure the maintenance service lights are off before renting out vehicles. Otherwise, the experience returning the vehicle was excellent customer service.

John W.It may have been a miscommunication, however when I took the vehicle, the gentleman asked how many miles I would be driving. I stated 80-100 so I would like to take the daily rate of $89 because it came with 100 free miles. Everything else went well with the checkout, and when I turned it in they asked me to drop off the keys and they would inspect when they had a second. Well 30 mins passes and I receive a bill for $150. A bit of a shock when I was only expecting $89 plus tax ($109 if you include the insurance I thought I declined). When I pulled it up, they charged me $0,79 per mile in addition to the rental price and insurance. When I tried to call to figure out what happened, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Never again.

Glenn Herbert H.Make sure your website is up when people are trying to rent/ return the uhaul. If was good when I picked up but had to wait 10 mins for it to come back up when returning. But at least I wasn't charged for returning it a few mins past the drop of time.

ANITA H.Went to a dealer to pick up the truck at the scheduled time, and that dealer decided he didn't want to work anymore despite his posted hours and I couldn't get the keys to the truck. After 45 minutes on the phone with uhaul, we finally found another truck across town, which they then attempted to charge me the overage on mileage, and I'm still waiting for some partial refund I was promised and a manager to contact me.

ROBERTO M.My reservation was moved from one location to this location. When I went to my original location they did not have the trailer I reserved. After numerous phone calls they found this location on Primrose had a 12x6 trailer. There was little support in hooking up the trailer to the car. I couldn't lift it myself so someone finally came out to do it. I would rather not rent from this location.

Wayne T.I appreciate the fact this location is open late. The owner's attention is divided between uhaul customers and his convenience store business, but that's understandable. Very friendly, and easy to deal with. Equipment did well and was in good condition.

Michael D.I was charged $10, $5 each tor “renting†a dolly and furnisher clothes, that I didn't rent nor have in the truck. They said they would “fix it†but nothing has been refunded. After the Hurricane, may gas stations I stopped at were out of gas. And although the store was able to call me and I missed the call, I tried calling back to ask if they had gas (didn't want to be charged) ended up being 15 late getting back which is the time It took to stop at multiple gas stations. I just want me $10 back

Hassan F.The drop off location we reserved was not accepting vehicles anymore. (Curry Ford Rd). This inconvenienced us as we had to call for a different drop off point. Thankfully, where they said to go wasn't very far away. Uhaul needs to make sure listed drop off locations are functioning and available before a reservation is made.
john K.Rude customer service and told me to not waste time and return the equipment sooner even though they were going to charge me a full extra day. If I'm paying for a full day then I should be able to use the truck a full extra day and return it the time applicable
