The service was friendly. My only complaint is the cab was filthy. There was a used straw on the floor, a bottle cap in the cup holder and there was dirt and grime all over the dashboard and food.

DOUGLAS MTruck had check engine light come on during the trip and eventually the transmission gave out on me in the middle of the highway. Had to wait 2 hours to get the uhaul towed and had to pay movers an additional 2 hours since we arrived late. Reached out to UHaul about a reimburstment or refund since I used their movers service and they were not willing to help. 0/10. Terrible customer service.
