We did an after hours drop off, but it was a little awkward and trying to park such a big truck. Also have to turn around because there’s a median to get to. It wasn’t the best access.

JAMES NMy real issue has nothing to do with the location or the people BUT THE APP IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. I would never ever recommend picking up a vehicle outside of service hours and thru the app. The flow of the app is absolutely awful, if you need to go back to the previous page — Good luck! There’s no going back! It did not provide me with a code, to which I had to wait for customer service to provide me with one, which took a good amount of time, it was dark and I was on a time crunch. All in all once we got the code it was ok, but getting there was quite the process. Next time I’m getting a Uhaul, I’m going through the people and not the app. P.S. I am generally considered tech savvy, so this complaint is not from a lack of technology unawareness.

DANIEL SWhile I forgot to take a picture of the ending mileage, I highly doubt I drove 50 miles for a 20-mile trip. I will remember in the future to ensure I am taking steps to confirm the final mileage. Otherwise my experience was fine.
