Nothing. The truck was super clean. The process was smooth. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Timothy FReturned the U-Haul after hours at the final destination - the process was a bit confusing, but it worked perfectly in the end. :-) The only experience at U-Haul that wasn't satisfactory was the reservation part. I called Pella, IA location to rent a truck and they are closing, so not receiving any more equipment. They directed me to the Oskaloosa, IA location. They reserved a 20' truck for me. 2 days prior to pick-up, they advised me that there is no equipment available at the time needed, so they referred me to the Des Moines, IA location. They also advised they didn't have any equipment at that location - ever - so directed me to the Ankeny, IA location where they finally gave me a 26' truck for the price of a 20' truck --- which is what I ordered. I probably ended up making 12 phone calls about the rental and continued to receive inaccurate information. It seems the communication process needs some improvement at the individual locations and at the main office.
VICKI HNice people, good communicators. Brought back after hours. I have become a regular renting when ever I have larger things ratyher scuff up the SUV.
