I'll be telling everyone to not go to this location and to never rent from you guys. Unless you can fix this. How ridiculous and disgusting to charge me that much. Very unprofessional

Heidi OlsonEverything about this experience was terrible. We made a reservation and reserved pads and dollies. We did this on a Sunday because that's when we were available. We got to the location and three different parties were trying to get into a lockbox and even though we are highly educated people, none of us could figure it out. We then called customer service and were disconnected. It was seven below zero. Then called customerservice again 45 minutes into our visit because the location was closed on a Sunday and she told me that the block boxes are terrible and that no one can figure them out and we had to do it in exact certain way so finally we got the key. we got to the truck and all of the supplies were missing. No one called which is U-Haul's responsibility. We then returned the truck and they needed my mileage. There had been a low tire indicator on the entire time so we couldn't read the mileage, and we had already turned in our keys. I called to complain because the whole situation was a mess. I got a phone call back from a manager who told me she would refund the truck rental and the supplies that were not available. She was nice. I never got the refund for the truck only for the supplies which turns out they should never have charged me for since they never had the supplies. I called back again and got a very snotty reply from someone pointing out the fact that it is clear in their contract that the extra things I ordered may not be available. She also told me they should've called but I guess that wasn't worth much. She pointed out to me. It was my responsibility that I rent Ed on a day they were closed. I would never ever rent another U-Haul truck for a short rental like we wanted. We have rented Penske trucks and have had no problem ever. Go to a Home Depot or another location where you can walk in and get a truck. The customer service is terrible. And with today's consumer, I would think that I would get better customer service than this. It was blame blame blame, they were right I was wrong. This was in St. Louis Park Minnesota, but I will never rent another U-Haul anywhere ever.

Isam MoukamerThe uhaul representative was considerate to my needs. He made Shure to warm the truck up for me as he checked the vehicle. He explained all of the paperwork and what kind of truck i was picking up. He greeted me with a good morning, and thanked me before i left. His store was clean and organized. I would recommend this uhaul location to my friends and family. The location is easy to find, and plenty of room in the parking lot for me to park close to the stor entry.
John RenneBetter communication as to drop off and pick up trailers. There is no room to maneuver and back in the trailers. I finally had to just disconnect and hand move it off to the side. Also, it would have been nice for the person that hooked me up to show me how to disconnect. I have rented many trucks and trailers from U-Haul, and this was the worst for pick up and drop off. You need a bigger lot that is not so crammed.

Julee K TaylorIf there's any change, it should be with the interest of the customer. I reserved a pick up & drop off location closer to me. However, without any notification, without any communication with me, I just got surprise when I drive to the pickup location, I see the pick up/drop off location changed to way far. I also charged for the miles of the new location. Ones I get there, I need told to leave my car just on street take on your own risk. When I sign the paper work, I don't even asked what tools or equipment do I need with it. In general, I got really bad experience & charged for unnesseray miles. I wouldn't reffer to anyone to happen to what I experienced. Thank you for the opportunity to express my feeling & hear my voice.
SAMSON LIBERTAI was very concerned with the hitch and ball. My ball was 1 7/8 inches. A lot of chatter…. I wonder if it should have been a 2 inch?????

Steven SekelyGet rid of the online uhaul return system. The uhaul gps could not confirm my location at the hopkins Batteries R Us, and the UR code in the window would not load.. I couldn't do anything to confirm my time of return, very stressful at the end of a long day of moving.
