They were late for my pick up. They didn't have the blankets and dolly we had ordered. The truck had an 1/8 of a tank of gas. We were told we would get a discount. I dropped it off with the same amount of gas as I was told to but was charged a gas fee.

Joe hThe online order n reservation was also to include a furniture cart and dolly. Arrived to pick up the truck and we're told they weren't available at that location. We were counting on those items for the move we had to make that day. This was an online order/reservation mislead. We were able to make do but other circumstances could have made the move impossible for the day.
Jeff LI had originally booked online for mobile pick up but got off from work early due to heat. We arrived to pick up the truck early , ended up getting yelled at by the manager or owner whoever he was. I booked online for the safemove insurance and appliance dolly, he told us we had to buy the safe move plus or we wouldn't have insurance and he didn't rent us a dolly wich we ended up getting for free because he didn't know the difference between a furniture dolly and appliance dolly, we did not get insurance, and the truck was not staged so if I haven't shown up early I would not have gotten the keys or dolly for the truck by mobile check in because he had to give us those from his office. When we arrived they were getting in their cars to go home for the weekend. Other than that , the truck was in good condition and we had no further issues except when I checked it back in online it said total charges would be 193 dollars and instead we were charged 243 dollars

Melissa OOur charges were all incorrect. Being charged for two days when clearly we returned the truck in plenty of time for one day. Then being charged for mileage usage of 44,9 miles and we went 15.7. Terrible customer service. And of course we had yo dispute all the charges and prove they were wrong. How could the charges be so inaccurate to start with. As a customer I wonder if some type of cheating was happening on uhaul part.
Dallas GNever talked to a person because I thought they would want to charge me if I said anything to them. The drive leading back to the truck parking area had a lot of broken glass on it. Will not ever rent again after using your services for 50 years. Its not the company it use to be.

Billy TThey were friendly and helpful with my questions. I was a little late because of an appt that ran over and the person had to help someone else at another location. They made an effort to come back quickly which was much appreciated. I would rent there again if necessary.
kelly mMy truck was not at the site when I arrived. No one called me to notify me of that. They dropped the ball. Poor communication It's very stressful for the customer when you arrive at the site and there's a problem with truck availability. Better organization and communication with customer and among dealers is key.

Allan LCheck to make sure the place is actually open before you send the customer there. This was the worst experience with a company I've ever had. I would never use uhaul again
Britni Cupon returning the Uhaul the location services does not work so i always have to call in to let Uhaul know i have returned the unit and that normally takes 20-30 minutes to get someone on the phone
David FThey need a drop box that has Uhaul logo on it for key drop off.
