The pricing model is ridiculous. Not only did my original trip cost me $500+ dollars to rent the truck for one weekend, but I was charged an additional $140 for other incremental fees. What a joke.

William TExperience was good and great service. Need to have a designated area for just the u-haul area like the old location.
Brandon DThe manager was very helpful. I needed to reschedule due to a delay and he handled it all over the phone. He hooked up everything for me, made sure I had the needed supplies, and was courteous throughout.
