ZEESHAN G.I reserved 2 dozen furniture pads for my move but was informed (at the time of pickup) that they did not have furniture pads available at that location. Instead, I was given a bundle of PAPER sheeting "free of charge" as though that was a comparable substitution to furniture pads. If your customer orders furniture pads and they are not available at that location - GO GET THE FURNITURE PADS at another location! Don't surprise the customer by telling them they are not available and waiting until the customer arrives for PICK UP to inform them! This reservation was made a week in advance so there was plenty of time to assure more order was fulfilled and instead your team chose to do nothing. Personnel was very pleasant but acted as though the remedy they provided with the paper sheets was suitable. I'm very dissatisfied that I was left without the needed resources.

John O.Truck's ignition was so hard / tight, and with the small Key Head, it kind of required two hands to turn on the truck. But other than that overall experience was good with Facility, Truck and Facility Associates. I'll recommend it to others.

Wanda F.Those the location personnel was fine, the online app didn't work at all, start the step by step process and then the app was just start over, times out all the time, says you are completed and ever give you the code (which I add is the most important part) that's how you get the key. Live chat support is slow and no help. I had full signal strength in 5G and the app still was slow..totally bad situation defeats the problem of 24/7 pickup.

Abiodun S.15†UHaul has to many mechanical issues. The air conditioning was not working while its 97F outside. I called the rental place and both times with no answer. Returned the truck and mentioned about the issues and the rental representative said “we are not mechanics†and we dont service the trucks since they are not UHAUL rental place but mere independent dealer. This place has no customer service attitude and this will be my last UHaul rental. I will start using Ryder truck which is more safer

ELI W.I'm a repeat customer and so glad I did. The customer service is outstanding. The first guy, I'm sorry I forgot his name, it was so pleasant to deal with it. The second, John, he was there when I pick up my truck and he answered my call when I wanted to apologize for being late. John was calm, flexible and assured me I was fine and I could take my time and drop the keys in the drop box after hours. Thank you so much as moving it's already so stressful but you guys rock and fave me a piece of peace. I really appreciate it and highly recommend. Telma Santos

The vehicle was in create condition and very clean. It was also comfortable and fun to drive. What a great service and value. I have already recommended this local U-Haul to my friends.
Patricia A.Dropping off the U-Haul here was kind of confusing. There was one sign pointing to the drop off area but it led me down through the storage unit area and it wasn't super clear where to actually leave the truck. If there were more directional signs that would be really helpful.

David F.If it wasn't for the staff member in the front officer of the storage unit company, I would have given a rating 'no star' review. But I don't want the storage unit to get a bad review for something they had no control over. The gate to the location closes at 9pm. So making a reservation until 1115pm was wrong. The staff was nice enough to let me use the truck until 7am the next morning. I made the reservation to pick up the vehicle at 515pm and he had already put my keys in the key box so I had to use the self check in process. That was an absolute nightmare. Both the desktop website and the mobile app wouldnt recognize my reservation number. I called the support number and the lady that answered the phone was useless. Every time I would try to explain the issues to her, she would offer a solution that wasnt even an option When I entered the two verification numbers and she said she was going to call them to confirm, she put me on hold on the middle of my sentence explaining to her that the first number was my mom, whos phone we were currently speaking to her on. And the second number was my girlfriend, who was at work. When my mom put the original phone call on hold to answer the phone call from the lady we were speaking to, she AGAIN put us on hold in the middle of talking to her. Overall the check in process to an HOUR to complete. all the while I had movers at my apartment, getting paid by the hour, waiting on me to pick up the moving truck. Having the truck all night long was wonderful except for the fact that I only had the movers for a few hours and an hour of it was eaten up by this horrible process. So now, I have half of my apartment moved to my new house, and the other half still in my third floor apartment with no movers to move it and no truck to transport it. Just an absolute horrible experience.
