The app was horribly difficult to use. It was making add tons of people who were not with us and people were calling them and of course no one was answering random calls so it added 30 minutes to the rental process. If I had any idea this was going to happen in advance I could’ve let them know to answer. Very clunky experience overall. I won’t be using the mobile experience again.

Rosemaria LThe attendant was very professional and helped direct me to the truck and parking, as I had to leave my vehicle while using the rental.
ANTHONYPETER KThe truck may need the brakes checked. It was loud when you pressed on them but they worked well.
Tokoia LThe rental went smoothly, with no problems, and the staff was very helpful.
