They didn't have all the items that I ordered and was given no notice. They didn't seem to care and thought resolving my issue was just giving me a refund.

There are a couple hidden fees. Ended up paying 3x19.99. The dash panel told me a tire was low and something else I don't remember. Thankfully I only was going a short distance.

Have the employees drive the trucks every once in a while so they can see how the trucks are working. Show a maintenance schedule and what was checked. The truck I drove was a mess, dirty and alls I had was a hand broom.

The pick service was good but, me the customer having to do all of the steps I had to do just to turn the vehicle back in was not what I considered customer service. It cost me because it made my turn in late.

Could have sworn I did all the DL photo stuff before checking in…yet I had to do it all again that day. App experience is slow while doing it, the locks for 24/7 are terrible. You can't open these other ones, why not use combination master locks?! If I need to wait on someone inside to open the lock then it defeats the purpose.

I did clean the vehicle after using but was still charged for cleaning ,also I refilled the amount of fuel I used during my trip but was still charged for it.When I called the customer care about it,no solution was provided.I was lied to about transferring my call to another agent for solutions but they hung up on me.I am highly disappointed at Uhaul's services.

The only reason I rated this location well is because of the employee that handled my rental, she was excellent. It rained part while I had the truck and the top, left cab corner of the truck leaked (on my belongings). Also, the link I received via text would not let me go through all of the steps to return the truck.

I showed up at 4:30 pm to drop off the U-Haul equipment and the U-Haul representative had already gone for the day. The people in the store had to show me where to drop off the keys. I wasn't told to check in online. More information would have been helpful. Also, the tow dolly straps kept loosening during the drive so I think the straps need to be looked at but since no one was there when I dropped off the tow dolly I couldn't tell anyone about this.

They called 1 minute before our reservation time to inform us the person who had the truck prior didn't return it so they didn't have a truck for us.

Good overall experience. Pick-up and drop-off were very well organized. Only issue was that I never received automatically my final receipt from U-Haul. I had to go find it myself via a previous link from a text.

We rented a U-Haul the week before, but was canceled by U-Haul for no explainable reason. We decided to physically go into the store and rent in person. It was a much more pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely would rent from this location again.

The transport I dropped off was not checked in until I noticed it still on my account the next day, 10 mins. before the deadline.

I have health issues that were made known to the location well in advance of the pickup date. They failed to make a reasonable accommodation. The day of pickup, I requested to be switched to one of the two other vans and they refused. I will not rent from this location in the future.

We were given matts that were just folded up and there was no stretch wrap available at the counter. The truck door had also been left open and we later found out that there was a ton of beetles. I suggest checking the wooden slats in the truck before signing off on it.

Unit had heavy cigarette smoke. This was very difficult for a person that is allergic to smoke.

Easy location to park and drop. Store staff didn't want to hassle with the return and asked me to do the online return. Online return was super easy, and probably a better experience than the store anyway. It all worked out. The UHAUL rental experience was easy and reasonably priced.

Only feedback is that the truck I had wasn't thoroughly cleaned from the last renters. There were 3 empty bottles of liquids (energy drinks and Powerade) and French fries found underneath the seats.

The online return process was AWFUL. I had to share my location…I NEVER share my location. I had to give Chrome access to my camera…I NEVER give Chrome access to my camera. The store was still open but for whatever reason the Uhaul part of the store closed at noon so I had to use the automated return. Honestly, I may not use Uhaul ever again if I have to do that again.

Requested a 20' truck and wasn't told it was unavailable until 24 hours before (reserved it 3 weeks ago). This IS NOT the fault of the location. Your central office needs work!!!

We tried to use the 24/7 share site but kept being told our reservation wasn't on file, which I had confirmed the previous day. With luck Mark at ACE Hardware was working that day and was able to log us in. He could see our reservation was there, but none of us could figure out why we couldn't get the share site to recognize our reservation. He ended up manually completing our pick up and we were on our way.

I was at the rental desk prior to close. When I said I was there to rent U-Haul guy's response was "no". When I questioned it he reluctantly helped. Left me feeling as though I begged him to allow me to spend my money there. Return online process was awful and completely not simple or easy. They should credit me 20 dollars for using it rather than threatening to charge 20 dollars of I don't.

The site was ok but we ran into difficulty with the app when we returned the trailer after hours the app would not let us download the picture of the clean trailer We did not get a response to our request for a chat. We waited over 50 minutes to talk to a customer representative. The customer rep was great. she was helpful and patient

The original site I was supposed to pick up the uhaul didn't have a truck so i had to pick up from this location. If this happens maybe delivering the truck to the preferred location for the customer

Location was fine. Uhaul itself I rate a zero after this experience and unless things get fixed with my bill I will not be using them again. I was double charged for everything. I called to see if I could be an hour late and they said that was fine. I was never told I would have to pay for an entire day, otherwise I would have kept the equipment for the whole day. Not happy

I PICKED IT UP AND THE TIRES WERE ALL LOW, WHEN I GOT IT HOME 3 MILES AWAY, AND LOADED IT, WE NOTICED THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE OUTER TIRE WAS ALMOST FLAT. THEN WE FOUND OUT THAT THE INTER TIRE WAS COMPLETELY FLAT AND THE RIM WAS BENT CAUSING TIRE DAMAGE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I THEN HAD TO CALL THE ROAD SIDE ASSITANCE TO COME OUT AND REPAI IT. THIS IS UNEXCEPTIBLE!! THE PLACE I RENTED IT NEEDS TO START LOOKING AT THESE THINGS BEFORE THEY RENT IT TO SOMEONE.
