Fix your systems. Mark the guy at the desk was as helpful as he could be. But I waited over an hour for your system to come back up. When it didn't I ended up having to go out and reserve the truck on my phone. Overall it was a very stressful experience that hopefully I don't have to deal with again.

First, the girl at the desk was wonderful. However, she was there an hour early and praise the Lord she was. We were trying to use the UHaul app to pick up our truck before hours. I was on the phone with two representatives the night before pick up to make sure that both our truck were ready to go at 8 am. Not only did the app not work when we got there, the representative said that they don't have that capability at that location. She also said that it rarely works at the locations that participate. Why is there an app that doesn't work but also gives you an option to choose and early/late pick up at a location that doesn't participate. In addition, I booked a truck in Carmel, IN and booked it all the way through. An hr or two later, I received a call from the location to let me know they no longer had a truck but I could pick up in Zionsville and receive 40 additional miles. This put us 40 min away from our original destination. Between both of these issues, we were unable to get the trucks in time and were late for movers. However, due to the attendant being at the location early, we were only 30 min late for the movers we had to pay for. However, had she not been there we would have been over an hour late due to the system not working. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. The only reason it isn't a one star is due to the fact the attendant was early. We will not rent through UHaul for future moves.

The person who helped us when we dropped off was rude. We came right at closing and she was mad because we held her up I guess. When you are moving things never go as planned and unfortunately took us longer than expected

I had a very difficult time getting the bugs off of the windshield, thus my comment that the equipment was not clean. Inside the cab and the bed were clean enough. The lady that checked me in was very professional and made you feel at ease.

Jeff was so so helpful, I was very grateful. He was thorough, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out. I was surprised that there wasn't a USB port in the truck to charge my phone, but otherwise, it was a very good vehicle, and clean.

other than the fuel guage being broke (or whatever) and they were going to charge me for fuel when I only drove it 30 miles and put 3 gallons of gas in. Everyone working the counter should be trained to handle situations.

Perhaps make it clear that the vehicle can be picked up anytime with the app. I didn't realize that; the worker at the hardware store explained that to me!
