I rented a truck, appliance dolly and 6 pads. As it were we ended up not having to use the dolly or the pads. When I return the truck I was headed inside to check it in and the Ace employee that assisted me with the check out was outside in the parking lot. He recommended to just give him the keys and he would take care of the check in. I recieved my receipt via email and I was charged damage or missing items. The dolly and the pads. Neither were ever taken out of the truck when I was using it. I have been charged $150 for the so called missing dolly and the $6 for the missing pads. I have called the Ace store and told them about the bill, but I have yet to hear back from them. I would please like for you to to check this out. Thank You, Steve Roof
