Takisha WhiteThe truck needs an alignment. It constantly pulls to the left. The "tow/haul" light kept coming in. The truck has a whistle. Wind is blowing in somewhere. When it first happened it scared me.

John BoffoThe cargo lights in the back did not work and we had to load in the dark using our cell phone lights. It would have been nice to have the lights. It leaked oil all over my driveway. I now have oil stains. Oil pressure light came on at one point, but went away.

ROBERT CAINWe were charged 15,75 for 3 gallons of gas when we put the gas back in before dropping the U-Haul off after using it. The managers math on gas would indicate the truck gets 1mile per gallon of gas. Made no effort to make the situation right even after explaining everything.

Modesto GonzalezI rented a UHaul from the ACE Hardware location in Brownsburg IN. The Store manager was very rude and Unprofessional. She called and yelled at me for turning in the truck late. I would never have any Cummins employees who needed to use a truck from this location be treated disrespectfully like that. Treatment of Others is very Huge and no one should be tested like that.

Robert RiebeWhen a customer reserves a truck at one location and has to then go to another one to pick it up the additional mileage should be automatically deducted from the bill. Also trucks should not be booked back to back. I was supposed to pick a truck up at 815. But yet the truck wasn't returned until 930. There was a note on the returning customers account about the late return, but no one from uhaul contacted me about the delay. I had to spend 1 1/2 hours at the location waiting due to a lack of communication and bad scheduling on uhauls behalf. The employees at the location were very nice about it as it was not their fault. But them and myself should have never been put in that situation in the first place.

Evelyn HallThe app wouldn't let me return the truck so I needed to give the key to the employee instead of putting in lockbox luckily I returned it when the store was still open. It kept telling me it couldn't find my location. My location was turned in in my phone so I'm not sure what the issue was. But other than that it was super easy to rent and drive and return. Very convenient and a great price to move within city.
Sandy CrainThe customer service was poor. Down to having to lug all the equipment and finding which uhaul I was renting in the freezing rain. I felt all the representative did was take my money. I had everything in the system ahead of time. The uhaul was not sealed. My items got wet overnight.
Alicia MitchellI rented this for two days and told them I would more than likely have it back in less than a day. I was advised that if I did then I would only be charged for one day. I was lied to and you should refund one days rate.
