Great overall I was asked to submit my DL photos beforehand...was asked again at pickup I was offered, and did so, express checkin beforehand...had to wait and go through long checkin at pickup

I was cheated. Even though I had the truck for a single day they charged me for 2 days. I did not even used all the estimated miles that I paid for and was told that all the unused miles I will get refund which I did not receive. I left the truck half full in gas as was suggested, but they charged me 40$ extra for gas Really poor service

They were nice at the burnaby location. But there should be a notification stating that they only take credit cards. I got turned down because i dont have one only matercard debit. They didnt tell me
