I booked a 15ft truck from 9,3am to 3,3pm on December 3rd, 2023. My pickup location was at Burnaby South Self Storage Ltd. I do not recall the name of the person who was on duty. He was very polite, helpful and he made the whole process of picking up and drop off very pleasant. I would rate him 5 stars.

The staff asked us to return the truck half an hour early at 9:30 for the next customer, which is very tight for our schedule. We agreed and told her the situation. But the lady called me and yelling at me 20mins before 9:30, asking me why the car is still not here. Which is poor customer service as well as not trusting the customer. We still managed to returned the truck on time before 9:30, but not very satisfied for being a regular U-Haul customer.
Qian Q.Prefer the 9' cargo van. When I returned the truck there was a car parked in the stall reserved for the truck - this was really annoying. Otherwise the experience was excellent.
